Really hate having to call in to notify of gift card descripancy. Especially on a physical gift card. Like how the heck do I buy a physical card for a set amount but end up getting it for a different amount. There's no way anybody could've used it while it shipped. The e gift card I can understand that happening with but not a physical one.

Even though I bought a giftcard that had a zero balance when delivered, I brought it to the attention of CardCash via their customer service email. They were helpful in issuing a refund as quickly as they could.
Tried purchasing gift cards to preorder Nintendo switch at GameStop and was declined for high risk, called in and was told that it was the method of payment and to do it through PayPal. Tried purchasing using PayPal and declined for high risk. Called in and said they didn't know why since it was a "3rd party verification" system and my account had now been closed. Get out of here, bootleg company that can't deliver what they sell. Why put gift cards if you can't sell them? And stop making people feel like criminals.

After they sent me a $35 zero balance card for Logan's Roadhouse it was quite embarrassing to go to this restaurant they finally issued a refund after 6 days. They should gave me a free card or a discount for another card but offered nothing for inconvenience.
I was scammed by CardCash and this is the exact response from customer service. "The 45 day buyer protection guarantee is clearly posted on the sidebar of our website. See for example https://www.cardcash.com/buy-gift-cards in addition it is clearly stipulated in the terms and conditions of the site, which customers accept prior to using our site and making a purchase." My guarantee is that I will communicate my experience to every review site to WARN FUTURE CUSTOMERS to stay away. Here is my experience. On Christmas 2016, I purchased $50 in Buca di Beppo gift certificates from CardCash. It was a present for my wife. On her birthday, April 21st, we visited Buca for a beautiful meal. When the bill came, I presented my CardCash gift certificates and was told that the certificate was invalid. WOW, what a nice surprise from CardCash. The following week, I contacted CardCash and was told it would be a few days to get back with me. Four days later, I received an email from CardCash with this headline "Please be advised that we have received this claim beyond our 45 day buyer protection period." This was followed with this language "CardCash is a gift card marketplace where millions of sellers can sell their unwanted pre-owned gift cards at a discount. CardCash checks the balance at the time of the listing. Statistically only a very small percentage of our cards have issues where the seller used the gift card or it got canceled after we have checked the balance at the time of the listing. The percentages are kept very low because of all the proprietary fraud technology and KYC measures CardCash has working behind the scenes." and then this "CardCash cannot absorb any additional liability and is very clear about this policy all over the website." AMAZING! If you recently visited the CardCash website, did you see this policy all over the website? CardCash, you are so legit! Now I have to tell you that CardCash did end the email with an apology. It was a very sincere "accept our apology" but kiss our... Thanks CardCash. We had a beautiful experience!
Stay away! Never again. They sell cards with zero balance. Tried to get money back. New story every time including 'we just processed your refund' which was a lie. Had to file a complaint with my credit card company to get a refund. Do not let this company steal your hard earned money.
Please take the negative reviews into consideration before buying on this site! You may save a few bucks, but will eventually find a dead, zero balance, or fraudulent gift card that they will refuse to refund you on (45 days goes by fast when you don't even get the card for a week) and they flat out say sorry - YOUR LOSS! I bought a variety of restaurant cards for an upcoming trip and found many to be dead after the 45 days. I got proof that one was cancelled three weeks after issuance by the client service department!
The gift card I bought from CardCash was originally bought with a stolen CC# and voided. I lost entire value. Customer service told me too bad and ignored follow up emails. This is a dirty company that is just a giant fence operation for criminals. They will get you eventually even if you save once or twice.
