I was hoping the cover would only cover the plastic cap of the dash board, which is from the padded part of the dash to the wind shield. There was not a picture of your cover available to me when I placed the order, so I took a chance.

The sun shade is excellent, but the service was even better, the first I received was defective from manufacturing, it had wrinkles, I contacted Car Cover USA with pictures of the defective sunshade no argument, no problem in approximate 10 days later a had a new perfect one, I grade vendors not so much for the merchandize but how they solve a problem, Car Care USA gets an A+ on customer service.

We waited over a month for our order. Customer service was rude and short in their responses. They are charging us return shipping and restocking fee despite our issues- We received the regular model not the tactical and the color is silver not "charcoal grey" which we expected to be dark. The fit is not very snug so the color under our seats sticks out horribly making these look terrible. Would have been willing to try a different color despite but this company is too difficult to work with. Will update if we could get a resolution but I'm not holding my breathe. Looks like we just wasted time and money. Buyer beware
I ordered a sun screen for my new car 2019 Nissan Sentra. Said the shipping date would be a little longer than usual because of this Covid-19 crap. This was about 10 of these that I had ordered in total over the years. They are an amazing product. However, this particular one, was probably the last one I will ever order. The rudeness in the emails I received back, after waiting 6 weeks, really, 6 weeks... that is absolutely ludicrous. Whomever you have answering your correspondence you need to teach some manners and how to handle irate customers because you are not fulfilling your obligations.
You have lost a customer here for sure, as much as I love your product, I will never buy from you again.
I am 95% happy with my new seat covers. The original seat fabric was flaking off and making a mess.
I just don't like the way they fit around the bottom of the seat on the seat belt side. I included photo's, if I am missing something or installed the improperly I would like to know.
I purchased a front and rear set of tactical seat covers for a 2019 Toyota Camry LE a month and a half ago. The estimated date of receipt has changed twice. I have inquired about my order and been told to check my email but all I was told by email was to check site. So will Car Cover YSA just continue to change date of anticipated shipment and never actually ship the product I paid for? This is stealing. If you are not going to provide the product I would like my money refunded in full.
I've ordered the custom made sun screens from this company 4 times now. Let me firstly be clear that the product itself is of high quality. For what you pay, the product has always fit perfectly and it does hold up very well.
The customer service here is subpar. I placed my order for a custom sun screen on 7/10/2020. Fully aware of shipping/production delays due to the pandemic, I expected that this particular order may take more time than usual however I was pleased that the company provided an updated "Estimated Ship Dates" to approximate when an order should be fulfilled. The estimated ship dates estimated my ship date at 7/30/2020...
It's now 8/19/2020. This company was sure quick to charge my card for the full amount including shipping however once the charge went through, I initially received zero correspondence from the company as the estimated ship date came and went. I reached out initially on 8/5/2020 politely requesting some follow up on the status of my order. I received a short response of "Hello yes should ship by Friday & we will email again as soon as it's ready thank you". This response email is exactly what you can expect from this company should you ever need help - short responses that lack any concern for the customer's issue at hand. I get it - times are tough for all of us and including small businesses, but a customer reaching out to inquire about an order processed over a month ago and to still not be informed as to the hold up or provided any updated information is ridiculous.
Whomever handles their emails I assume is stretched thin because it's evident they have no time to properly handle a customer service issue. I was told on 8/5 that my order should ship by Friday (8/7). I had to follow up on 8/7 to which the reply was "Hello sorry for the delay, will be shipping next week & we will email again as soon as it's ready". With still no correspondence from the company, I reached back out on 8/13 to inquire as to specifics on the hold up - just let me know what the issue is and as a customer, I can understand but to leave me in the dark and provide no reasoning again is absurd. The response I received to my 8/13 email was "sorry not ready yet, & we will email as soon as it is with tracking to confirm..."
I've contantly been told "it will ship this week" - it's now 8/19 and still no confirmed time as to when it should ship or if the product has even been made. You get what you pay for right? On this sunshade alone, I spent $80 - that's a premium sunshade price, happy to pay it for like I said the product is legit however I assumed I'd be receiving premium customer service follow up.
Be well aware that if you experience an issue that requires customer service from this company, you will be severly disappointed by the lack of effective communication and options you have to solve any issue. Once you get the product however, I can vouch that the sunscreen itself is great.
This Company Sucks, takes you hard earned money and gives nothing in return! Offers excuses for restocking fee when there is no product to restock I sent the item back at my expense.
The material was stated as be 100% scuba diving neoprene.the outside cloth was thin, looked like it would tear easy and wear out quickly. Where it was sewn, one could see the cheap foam sticking out. MOST definitely NOT dense neoprene. I returned it. If it cost $25.00 i would keep it BUT at $250.00, YIKES! Extremely disappointed. I sure hope I get my refund
I was excited to get my new truck cover, and had read the reviews, they sounded great. Unfortunately my experience was not quite the same. Not only did I receive the wrong cover, I had to prove it to them with pictures and multiple emails and phone calls. Horrible customer service and now I am being told they don't have one for my model truck.
So I ask, why did you take my money. Now I have to pack it all back up, and don't get it dirty!
In my opinion, worst company ever, and its best to not even get involved with them!

After a little digging carCover USA is doing a little thing called, deceptive trade practice, and it's against the law. They sold me a car cover with full knowledge that it wouldn't fit my truck, furthermore they are going to charge a re-stalking fee. Now have to get my bank involved to get a full reimbursement.
If you want a real top notch car cover contact California car cover, takes five weeks, but it's made to fit the automobile you have.

Purchased a car cover that did not fit. Had to pay return shipping and was not refunded my money for almost a month. Told I wouldn't be charged a restock fee, but was charged 20%. Received snippy email responses and excuses. Will not order from them again. Do not recommend unless you are 100% certain what you are buying will work for you.
I bought Neosupreme seat covers from this place and my passages side the seam ripped apart and I have sent 2 emails and never responded back to either of them, I guess once they get your money they don't care any more
I ordered a LeBra nose bra for my 2017 Altima and it fits perfectly and looks AWESOME! Carcover USA also processed my order and shipped me the correct thing very fast. I will use them again in the near future.
Purchased camouflage neoprene set cover from carcoverusa. When the material failed, within the warranty period, the company tried to replace the expensive seat covers with material of less quality because they lost the license to sell the originally purchased material. When I refused to accept an inferior product in replacement they offered to send me a neoprene seat cover for the damaged seat in a completely different color for just the one seat. When I refused that and asked for a complete refund they refused to deal with with me at all. Now I'm out $600 and have to order seat covers from another company... Thanks carcoverusa
Returned item, never received a refund. I filed a charge back, and I received a "threatening email" saying they will send me to collections if I didnt pay them the full amount. Company is a joke, I will never give them a dime again.

They do NOT want you to return anything and pretty much let you know that refunds are not something to count on, eventho they receive the returned product in good shape. You pay the shipping to return item and it rather pricey as CarCoverUSA directs what carrier you must use. Just don't do business with this company -- unless you never have a problem with it's product nor any other reason to require money back. CarCoverUSA is very stubbornly opposed to being helpful and/or providing a refund!
