Dashboard cover

I am very pleased with this company and their product. I ordered a dashboard cover for my 2013 Toyota Highlander and it was custom made to fit. Original delivery date was supposed to be about 3-4 weeks from order date, but I received it in a little over 2 weeks. It fits perfectly, looks great and adds a bit of zip to the interior. Great service and lots of options. I got the one that covers the speakers to keep the hot sun off, and there is no dampening of sound - it is just as if there is no cover on it. I highly recommend. Thank you!

I purchased a 14" kayak cover for my Carolina Perception 13.5 which is approximately 13" long. When disputing the actual size that was sold to me, the sales person assured me that the size I purchased "EGA-C2" as stated on the tag was in fact 14" long and I needed to buy a bigger one. The sales person refunded me the money for the kayak but did not provide a shipping label to exchange said size so I had to pay over $30 for the shipping. Not really sure why I would need to pay shipping to return something that was not right.

Hood Cover Bra

After i purchased a hood bra cover from Car Cover USA, they shipped me a scrap junk material which they altered/soy it together in the name of LeBra manufacture part for lower price. The cover was too big/loose and did not fit properly, so i returned it. They did charged me shipping (ran tip) and wanna charge me 20% restocking fee. After i told them that i will dispute my charges, they start threatening me with reporting to credit bureau and collection... when i said this is not LeBra item, THEY HAVE SEND ME THIS EMAIL:

# 1 - Its a Lebra and came from Lebra ( prove its not a Lebra and you will get a full refund including shipping both ways)

People, this is a company that you are doing business with. They make their money off of orders that are returned. They are hiding behind their desk looking for innocent customers and they are setting you up with their trap. Do not fall for them and give them your money. All those good reviews are mostly friends and family of the owner, otherwize i will just say don't become a victum like me!

The unfinished edges around the dash mat vent openings will not lay flat. After repeated attempts and the addition of more Velcro strips the edges still had a rippled appearance. I'm in the process of trying to return the product for a refund.

This company provides terrible customer service. They hide behind their email anonymity. When trying to converse about the Carhartt seat covers that didn't fit they placed all blame on me stating I was installing them wrong. They guarantee proper fit or your money back minus shipping and 20% restock fee. I sent pictures to show the fit was incorrect, and received emails stating I was installing them wrong. When I requested a contact name and number to talk to someone on the phone my request was ignored. The phone numbers *******507 and *******926 go to an answering machine that says to communicate by email. No correspondence from them ever included a person's name. How much more impersonal can they get?

When I requested a full refund because the product didn't fit they said photos were necessary and that Carhartt would need to see and make a determination on fit.
(Another attempt to push blame and responsibility on another.) The photos were sent and CarCoverUSA responded to them with their own photos stating the covers were being installed wrong. Later in the string of emails they denied ever getting pictures that they needed from me to converse with Carhartt.

I made request to have my refund be processed as quickly as they processed my purchase. No response was given to this subject. I also made a request that they consult with the company owner, Joseph. Durso, to be sure he wants his company run in this manner. No response was given to this request.

I wonder if the operating plan of this company is to send products out that are unsuitable and collect partial payment (restocking fee of 20%) when they are returned.

I would' t recommend any business transactions with this company!

My wife ordered a Coverking brand molded dashmat for her truck. The website would only show one option of dash cutout options when there are three different layouts for that particular make and model vehicle. Their website does not clearly state that they only make one option for that dashmat.

CarCoverUSA will allow a return, but the customer has to pay to return and they will charge a restock fee.

When we tried to explain that their website is unclear, they refuse to listen and simply said that we ordered the wrong dashmat. They were unwilling to listen and would not budge. Had they simply paid for return shipping and a full refund, I would have reordered a different manufacturer dashmat that would definitely fit our truck. Instead, I will cut this mat in order to make it work.

There is no way to call and actually speak to a person, you can only contact them through email.

This company does not care for their customers, and I will never order any product from them in the future!

Fits good, wish it fit tighter, some improvement to the size of the wedges between the headlights and body could be larger. Strap clips are weak and kit should provide extra clips.

Ordered a dash cover. Received cover and found it was 2 inched too wide. Went through return authorization process and paid shipping for return. Was sent refund which deducted shipping and re stocking fee. This company is making money on returns and hopefully people will purchase dash covers from a different company who cares about the customer. Beware Purchase with great hesitation

This company is an absolute scam. They do not answer any phone calls and only send grammatically incorrect email responses. They have been an absolute nightmare to deal with and extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend buying from anywhere but here.
