First I never give negative reviews, but this company deserves it and I'd hate to see someone else insure what I have. I was sent the wrong dash cover for my dodge that the company is convinced is appropriate. I have been asked to send photos and did so on two occasions. The customer service aspect has been nothing short of a catastrophe. I was finally refunded $32 although the purchase price and shipping was $52. I emailed the the customer unservice once again and was asked to send a pic of the vin, as if I do not know what year and model of truck I drive. At this point I gave up on any further communication as it is not worth the $20. Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable company with some idea of acceptable customer service. I just wish I could post a pic of the terrible fit.
I ordered a cover in October and was told it would ship that day. Every two weeks when I checked to see when I would get the cover, I was told that they would get them from their supplier "at the end of the month". Four months later, no cover. I canceled!

1999 Toyota Camry LE. I ordered the LeBra for protection and to cover the paint chips that were occurring on the front of my hood. It covers existing ones and prevents new ones, precisely what I wanted it to do!
The car seat covers they sent didn't fit my truck, AT ALL. I completed their car seat fit guide to make sure I got car seats that were specifically designed for my truck. BUT, the passenger seat cover had holes in it to allow seat belts to pass through them. This was necessary for older cars (1970's) where the old-school lap belts were bolted to the car's floor and passed through the car seat and back, but my truck is a 2008. The driver's seat cover fit OK on the seat back, but was cut too large by about 3 inches for the seat bottom. The excess bunched up on the floor. It looked terrible.
I contacted them (their telephone doesn't work) thru email. I shop a lot online, and when something isn't right, most companies are quick to replace the product, or provide a refund. Most companies are professional, interested in customer loyalty and in maintaining a good reputation. Not these guys. They were slow to respond, and when they did, it was difficult to understand their employees broken English. They were hostile throughout. They repeatedly asked me to send a photo of the passenger car seat, which I did, at least 10 times. It was like Groundhog's Day everyday with these guys. They wanted the same info over and over again, and everyday they would accuse me of not complying. It felt like they were trying to wear me down. The employees refused to provide me with their names which made it difficult to track if the person I was emailing had any of the history. They refused to connect me to a supervisor. They refused to call me back to resolve this issue. One employee said I would get a a 100% refund, but the next employees said that wasn't true. I had to wait for a return number before I returned the seat covers, but I haven't had any word since. I have the FedEx delivery receipt.
I recommend that you go directly to the company that makes the seat covers for them. The factory companies were very professional, and said they would give me a 100% refund, but that it was Carcovers USA decision.
I doubt that I will ever see my $240 again. Don 't make my mistake. I got some universal fit seat covers from another company, and they look much better than the precision fit ones from CarcoversUSA. And, they cost half the price!
Do Not Buy from them. First of all the quality was very poor went to return it with great difficulty. Not only did I have to pay for the return shipping but also they charged me a restocking fee and shipping. I lost $29.75 for a $50 order. Very poor business practice. When requesting return authorization the agent never mentioned a replacement. In fact they were rude.
- I bought a charcoal dash cover for my 2015 Honda Odyssey and they sent me gray and said that it was their charcoal. They wanted me to pay return shipping and restock and buy the black cover.

Received one of two sets, seems fed ex lost a set of seat covers. Company communicated with me and had a new set made.
Took a few extra weeks but the final product was good. Fit well looks great.

Great fit as promised easy installation it's only been a month so can't say if heat of engine will prematurely wear the support straps but I'm very pleased with this purchase
30 day return policy is a joke. Wont purchase anything else until this policy changes. I gave it as a gift and it didn't fit. By the time I got it back 30 days had passed. Now I have something I can't use. What a waste of money.
I order a CarCover dash cover for my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid to protect my dashboard as I already had a bubble from heat. The ordering was confusing because they were asking about options. The description of those options were a little confusing but I figured it out.
Ordered my dashboard cover and waited. The completion of dash cover took longer than I expected. But it is what it is. Upon receiving the cover I had to lay it out for a couple days because they roll it up to ship.
When I finally put it on the dashboard it wasn't as clean a fit as I expected! Don't get me wrong I'm glad I have one but wished it fit a little cleaner and more like it was a laser cut fit!
Dash cover was very thin and floppy, not much form in it. Does not lay flat. Cover did arrive quickly so no complaint there. As I remember there was not a picture on website of the cover on a Ram dash so the customer could view the cover prior to ordering.
This is my third order... due to change in autos... live in the desert... they work better than anything i have I have had in the past.
The instructions about the license plate cut-out are too brief and confusing at best (you have to cut the slot out yourself), and the driver-side tuck-tab has 3 stitching holes (to hold the tab in place in the seam of the cover) and it only got stitched in ONE hole so it was barely hanging on and pretty much worthless but that section of the bra tucks under the hood so i guess no biggie... still defective and apparently nobody INSPECTS these things (the tab was barely hanging on to the seam and was quite obvious RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX). Looks nice installed though. Should have returned it but didn't want to wait another 2 months.
TAKE A LOOK AT WHAT YOU STICK IN THE BOX!.
I went with this choice of seat covers because they were advertised and sold as being made here in the USA. They are not.

Great quality, perfect fit and keeps the car cool. Shipping took over a month due to Covid so be patient:-(.
Excellent quality and fit. Installation took about an hour for both covers. Not difficult, but getting the straps routed under the seats has to be done by feeling your way through the supports. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for a car seat cover.

Answer: The customer service/sales dept will NOT be helpful. They do NOT want you to return anything and pretty much let you know that refunds are not something to count on, eventho they receive the returned product in good shape. You pay the shipping to return item and it rather pricey as CarCoverUSA directs what carrier you must use. Just don't do business with this company -- unless you never have a problem with it's product nor any other reason to require money back. CarCoverUSA is very stubbornly opposed to being helpful and/or providing a refund!
