It really isn't car covers fault except using UPS.
Package was never delivered, four times even thought the stupid driver placed notes on the inside of the door to our Train Roundhouse at a Museum with no less than a dozen people in building.
Went to terminal In Sioux City, twice to pick up package, I could have dragged it behind my dually truck for ten miles and box would have looked better than how UPS delivered it. When asked how this could happen, UPS responded this is what to expect when we can't deliver it the first time.
Extra tie downs purchased fell out of the many holes in box along the way, cover is shredded and useless. I wont order anything as long as UPS is delevering and moving on.
I needed some help to place the order and received it from the 800 number.
