I did receive everything after a couple of phone calls, so everything is now OK. Where I am little disappointed is the fit of the cover: when on Car Cover's site...you select the car, the year and model and on the screen it appears as almost made to measurements...but not so, after washing the car and trying it on, the length is ok but the width is by far too large...we're not talking an inch or two...it is very loose, I am not going to return the cover because it will be used in December only for a period of 3 months and usually winter months are the quiets one down here in Florida. So for me to recommend your site or buy from you again...I'll know when I come back from vacation in March...in the mean time stay tune!

I am writing this review one year after purchasing my new car cover. I bought an Ultimate Shield Truck Cover for my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado truck 8/31/2013. I was very happy with all the customer service and purchasing experience at the time.
Currently I have noticed the cover deteriorating prematurely and it had ripped where the antenna hole was. I contacted the company and sent them the required photos as they requested. It was a bit frustrating following up with them because there reply was that it took 14 business days to process or to find out any information at all.
I was pleasantly surprised when I received an e mail stating that the cover was being replaced under warrantee and all I need to pay for was the shipping. I called them with a credit card No and a few days later I received the new cover.
So, for all you wondering if the quality is good and will they stand behind there warrantee, my experience was yes to both. I was pleased with the quality of their first cover but feel that there was something inferior with the batch of material which caused it to under perform its life expectancy. Although I became impatient with the warrantee process it did work as stated.
