Site was very easy to use. The order arrived very quickly.
There was a slight delay in shipping but it turned out okay. The car cover was not as soft as I had hoped but hopefully it will not scratch my new paint job.
Good communication, one day response from customer service (good), just waiting to see if I have been provided the 10% credit for my purchase.
So far all is good.
I think the survey is either premature since I haven't had time to review product thoroughly. I suggest a additional follow up to confirm original rating.
