My original order was backordered which I understood was not under your control. However I was sent an E-mail and quoted a price that was incorrect. I asked that you honor the ammount I was quoted and I was denied. Not a big deal but usually when a company makes a mistake, they make it right.
Also, I ordered a cable and lock and missed that I get one free anywhay. I figure in teh several conversations I had with customer service, someone might have told me that :P.

Easy to follow order process for a specific car model. The correct cover was delivered in just a few days with
No delivery charges, as advertised. The cover fit the Elcamino well and is of good quality. The vehicle is temporarily stored outside for a few weeks and the cover performed well in a hard rain. Would utilize them again.
