The user interface was very easy to pick out my truck and order the right cover. I was looking for a cover that would keep my truck out of the intense Arizona sun and would be light and easy to use. My car cover filled those requirements. It works well and I am happy.

I bought an ATV cover in March and it was advertised at being UV protected. It has faded from black to brown in under 90 days. I wrote an email to customer service along with photos and received a reply that a ticket had been opened and I would be contacted usually within 24 hours. A week later I followed up with another email and several days later reached customer service on their chat line. I told them of my problem and their only concern was they couldn't find my email. I ask them to help me now and the reply was to submit another email. I when I ask for help they simply stopped replying.
So far it's great just ordered 5/16/2020
Does a receipt get emailed to myself?
I asked how much to ship to Canada and was told flat fee of 25 dollars. It was not mentioned that this does not include 47 dollars for customs duty due at delivery. I figured 25 flat was 25 flat. Bit of a shock
This is the 2nd one I have ordered, I'm replacing one that go shredded in our last wind storm
