Purchased 2 of their top of the line platinum covers - one for my Mustang and other for my Impala SS. 2 years in, the Impala SS cover started tearing and developing holes. Per their request, I provided photos. I also told them that I consistently wipe down the covers and maintain them pretty well given that both vehicles are stored indoors in the winter and are covered outside in spring, summer and fall. All that Carcovers.com could do for me was send me patches to cover the holes! Why not honor the lifetime warranty given that proof (photos) was provided. Very disappointed with this company. Thinking about possibly going to our local news station and reach out to their investigative team in hopes that other consumers don't get promised a "fake bill of goods". Needless to say, that car cover is completely shredded now - so much for lifetime warranty! I am now looking at other car cover companies in hope that they stand by their product.

Paid extra 15$ for international S&H fees at order time. Factured by Fedex extra 120$ after delivery. I would never had order the cover having known that first!

Will never ever buy again from carcovers.com for sure!

Please listen to their adds. At no time do they say money back only exchanges.
I sent them pics showing it was damaged, I even returned it after my c/c said send proof and they will refund me.
This company is in California and this product comes from China.
This truck cover did not fit and they totally disregarded my emails, pics and calls.

I ordered a cover originally from Seal Skin Covers online for their "guaranteed fit" only to realize that they had an error in their measuring system and my cover was over 2 feet short. I sent them the exact measurements and told them exactly the size of cover that my PWC model number would require and they continued to send me another cover that was mere inches longer than the first. When I brought this to their attention they refused to listen, told me that the size was correct for my PWC model, would not send me another size, and had the nerve to charge me a "restocking fee". I was so glad to see the warranty and quality available from CarCovers.com and was very happy to see that the cover was a perfect fit the the exact model PWC that I have. I'm hoping to get many years of use out of it!

Don't be fooled by their so called "Life Time Warranty" I purchased what is supposed to be their best product with a life time warranty, in the mild weather of southern California it only lasted less than 3 years and it's now completely deteriorated with wholes all over. I contacted customer support and was told I had to pay a prorated cost based on a life time of 10 years, so the warranty is actually 10 years, not a life time. Of course I also had to pay shipping cost for the new cover. BTW their products are MADE IN CHINA, that explains the low quality materials used on their covers.
Will never buy from them again, nor do I recommend anyone to buy from them.

I purchase cover for my 1985 Mercedes Benz SEC500 top model pay extra $ to by fully protected for winter and summer cover arrival my car was in the painting shop so I put my cover after 20 days, cover is to big wind blow over my car cover my sone in the middle off the night go fixing contacts CS no answer no replacement nothing zero support I sent pictures video for providing email and nothing cover don't look like showing in web for this money they charge one big BS I hope someone contact me after this review also I sent pics of the bag # and no answer good look to purchase from them is so many different companies offering better for better price

Buyer beware not a lifetime warranty. Cover torn only after a few months. Do not buy from this company. Only will replace cover and they make you pay 95 to have the new cover ship to you.

Did not get a chance to use this cover for a couple of weeks due to inclement weather.
Then, the next sunny day I cleaned & spray waxed the vehicle later in the day, and put the CarCover on it.
There was an impending snowstorm on its way. After the CarCover was on, I strapped & locked it.
I then sprayed some of the spray wax on the cover to aid in removal of the snow.
4+ inches of wet snow that was misted with freezing rain were on the vehicle the next day.
All the snow was easily removed by just pushing off the snow in large sections.
I still have my old Kimberly-Clark fabric cover that is still great, but does not do as well as CarCover's.
Snow and Ice stick to that fabric, so now that cover has become an inside cover.
Also, it is very true that covers specifically made for mirrows & antenna are the weak stress points for any cover that will be subject to the UV & infrared of the sun, plus rain, wind, & dirt.
CarCovers reflective & smooth fabric with less stress points, is the way to go when one needs outside protection from the elements. And make sure you get the tie downs for those windy days.
So... so far. So good!

CarCovers.com who orders their covers from Cover Craft claimed that the cover I ordered for my new truck would be water resistant. On the first rain, water constantly dripped through the seams and gathered in puddles all over my truck. In my opinion they've grossly misrepresented their product and would not honor their so called warranty to replace, or repair their subpar product. Buyer beware.

Their "scratch free lining" scratched and swirled my paint so badly. The fitment is also garbage as well. Company is unwilling to stand behind the product and their customer service is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Beware! They shipped a 7lb box with my ATV cover via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground needed somebody present at the address for signature AND they requsted that I make a delivery appointment date/time. Insanity... For a 7lb cardboard box with an ATV cover in it? Super inconvenient. Super annoying. Had I known this, I would have never even ordered from Carcovers.com!
