As a return customer, I found the shopping experience to be top notch as before.
Bought a cover, spent 150 dollars on this cover. Within 3 mos it was flaking and peeling and leaving residue all over my expensive vehicle. They offered to replace it but wanted me to pay 27.00 for shipping. I just spent 150 less than 3 mos ago and they want to charge for shipping to replace an obviously defective product. That's just wrong. On top of that they will tell you that if you don't agree with shipping charges they'll let their management handle the final decision and then never email you back and just leave you hanging. Don't waste your time or money if you like customer service and quality products. This company knows nothing about either.
The cover fit well on my car. Appears to be excellent quality, time will tell! Very pleased with my purchase.

I am really disappointed in this company for the horrible customer service as well as having to fight with them to get my money back for a product they have not delivered. It started by ordering a the top of the line bike cover that was noted as being in stock from the website, 2 weeks prior to Father's Day. A few days later I received an email stating the item was out of stock. I went back to the website and noted that the item is still noted as being in stock. The rep told me in an email that the next model down was available and would ship out with with enough time to probably arrive on time for Father's Day. It is now July 2nd and I still do not have the product. After requesting my money back a few days ago, I now get told that the product has to be received back in their warehouse before I can get a refund. Really? The product hasn't arrive almost a month after I ordered it and I have to wait for them to figure out where it is and get it back to their warehouse? I don't think so. I would never order from this site again and have told and will continue to tell any other riders not to trust this company to ship anything. Do not buy from this company if you expect to receive good customer service. This is fraudulent.

Answer: It seems to be. The problem is that they do not know how to sell the product and they do NOT have a liberal return policy.

Answer: Their products are made in CHINA, and you know exactly what that means when it comes to quality,(or lack of), stay away!
Answer: I had the same problem and their Costumer service claimed their fit guarantee is not valid because of a "modification" note box at the very bottom of the checkout process. They did provide an exchange (at my cost) but the larger cover still does not fit correctly. I would not recommend them for motorcycle covers.
Answer: Sorry: www.CarCovers.com provided me with zero/no free gifts. All they wanted were additional NONSENSE fees.
Answer: Yeah looks like fleece but started to breakdown into dust on my car after only 6 months and bought their "best" cover.
