Wrote a note to customer service about my cover two weeks ago. Haven't heard back. Cover does not fit on my car properly. The wire and lock sit on my paint. A little wind movement and scratching will occur. I have asked for a reposition on the lock location - towards the rear bumper - would be best. Nothing. Not even a return email or call.
