Website was easy to use and select the appropriate cover.The shipment was delayed due to the Holiday. The cover fits perfectly.

1. They did not ship the product within 3 days per their website promise, much less deliver it in three days
2. They did send me false shipping information
3. They did not send notification that the order had not shipped
4. They did not follow up on the order or the shipping information to confirm delivery
5. After contacting them via email concerning my order, they did not forward me the new shipping information on the day it was shipped as I requested
6. They did forward the new shipping information the day after (today) I had requested it, but didn't update the information in their system so their customer service group had updated information when I called at 5:51pm PDT (7:51pm CDT) the day the order was supposed to have actually been shipped
7. Their customer service group informed me that the product I had ordered was out of stock and had not been shipped, thus I cancelled order!
8. They now claim the product has been shipped and are charging me the shipping fee even though I will be returning the product if it actually does arrive (and shipping was supposed to be free according to their website!)

The car cover that I received doesn't fit my car. Your company advertised a guaranteed fit for my 2017 dodge challenger. I shouldn't have to go outside my house to measure the length, height, and width of my vehicle so you can produce a proper cover that fits. I'm very disappointed with the product. Don't worry beyond this note to you I don't do bad reviews. I'm sending the cover back and expect a full refund. I'm annoyed that I will have pay to ship it back!
The drying towels are of high-quality material and generously sized.
Easy to shop with these guys... just placed my order hopefully my shipment doesn't last to much time to arrive.
