The most confusing aspect of ordering was the warranty. Huge gaps I couldn't figure out and called and she wasn't sure said to call back and ask for someone else to explain it...didn't like that almost made me feel like I won't be taken care of if God forbid something happens to my cover (can't afford another one). Customer service isn't the most knowledgeable and they seem to ignore questions...

-The bag is way too small to use for everyday take off of the cover which I was hoping to use.
-Wasn't sure what the rope is for.
-Didn't know there was a front and a back (put it on backwards a couple times apparently).
-Not sure if the inside of the cover will begin to smell if water gets on that material or if I were to put it on over a slightly damp vehicle.
-Wish there was something to protect it from the exhaust to put directly on after driving the vehicle.
-The lock is already rusting; it doesn't fit in that pouch area it pops out.
-Haven't tried to clean it yet (sort of scared to), seems to be durable so far by protecting my car from sap and bird droppings and pine needles which was the biggest issue I was having with my assigned parking spot.
-Doesn't take too long to put on and take off, maybe five minutes.
-The main locking wire seems to do an excellent job as well as the way the cover grips both ends of the car to keep it in place (hope it always maintains this elasticity). I love having the ability to lock it.

When wind gusts were horrible I decided to try the gust straps out:

-I feel like the bungees have too much tension.
-Very poor design you should've made the cover have holes just like for the security strap to loop the bungee cord around, because it flew off and bust my fingers open.
-Think I now know what the rope is for to pull the bungee cord, but you should've put a weight on the end and another hook or loop to throw it to the other side and then loop it on.
-Also feel like it's really tight and gonna either stretch or tear or something.

All in all I absolutely love the cover. I can now keep my vehicle looking new daily and even after rain storms. Saves me money at the car wash and lots of time and stress (imagine making your car pristine to wake up and see what the birds did to it!). This should pay for itself over the course of a year. Think I mentioned everything or I'll update this. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've been recommending you to many. It is an excellent fit for my 2016 Camaro.

Live help guided me through the sale, once received I was a little taken back by how light the fabric is, not much inside lining of the cover, and although the quality of the cover may seem lower than expected, I read about the companies design research. Maybe I am just used to heavy covers with a lot of inside felt for protection. Those covers never held up...so... I am going to put the cover to the test in the next couple of weeks and will leave more accurate feedback once i have seen it in action for awhile. I am hoping that all the research and technology that this company claims to have invested in this cover are warranted and this becomes a great deal instead of a question mark in my mind...LOL...I will be back to give the real evaluation in a couple weeks!
