They really stand by there covers
The only thing I can say is that the package arrived FULLY openned as if it had never been properly sealed before shipping.

I am not satisfied with the quality of the cover, it is not substatial or does't look like it will last.

I did not have a need to contact customer service, because the product I ordered was exactly as specified. It was a perfect fit for the car I ordered it for. I had received a couple of emails from a representative making sure I was satisfied or had any questions or concerns with the product. Or if I needed any additional products. Which was very pleasant of them to do. They never try to push something on you, they are simply wanting what is best for you and your vehicles needs.
Great value and fit my car perfectly. I've purchased many covers for my cars in the past and have not been overly satisfied. This cover is the best for the money I've ever purchased.
