We have actually purchased a few covers from CarCovers.com. They have been personal purchases for my manger. He has been very happy with all of the covers purchased. We recently had to order a custom cover for a vehicle that we had unfitted. I called in and spoke with Chris Chin, to ensure that I measured the vehicle properly and to ensure that you were provided with all the correct measurements needed for an accurate fit. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped through every step of the process and even took the time to communicate with my work partner to ensure every detail was covered. I would highly recommend working with Chris for any custom covers. He was professional, patient, polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to guarantee we were happy when we placed the order and through the entire delivery process.

Website options were user friendly and worked for my truck (2017 Ram Rebel). I went with the top of line Platinum model for the Florida heat and heavy storms during the rainy season. Hopefully I wont need to use the life time warranty.

The warranty process was a bit tedious, but got easier as more information was provided. I upgraded to the platinum cover because it was supposed to have better protection. We got our first real good rain yesterday, and the car was complete soaked under the cover. The rain coverage is very poor.
The quality of materials used is great. Their covers not only protects your vehicle from the weather from the outside, but the soft material the cover is lined with, protects the surface of your vehicle from scratches from the inside. I highly recommend the Platinum Shield series cover.
