Seller makes it easy

Was not pleased with the fact that the cover only lasted less than 3 years but the limited lifetime warranty did cover it and a new cover was sent to replace the old one. Hopefully, the materials used to make the new cover hold up better in the weather.

Fit and finish are as described. Satisfied so far.

Quick and efficient service. However, I received a cover that was the wrong size. I contacted customer support and received an RMA and return shipping label the next day. The cover was returned and I am waiting for replacement shipping information. The support representatives are very professional and efficient.

Ease of shopping

The cover is a bit short on the sides it could have been a little longer to allow it to cover the step bars. The other thing is that the provided lock cable is about 4 inches too short and has a very small eye which does not allow to the use of a better full size pad lock. Otherwise perty well satisfied with product
