When I ordered my cover they said it was in stock. Then days later I get an e mail saying it was back ordered. Weeks later I get an e mail saying they don't know when it will be available so I e mailed them back for a refund. They offered me a 10% discount if I didn't cancel and I answered no. 2 1/2 months later they shipped me the cover. It seems that even though I explicitly said NO I was supposed to contact them and confirm the word NO. They're charging me shipping charges to send the item back. I will never use their company again.

I called have been trying to get information regarding my order that was never received.

I called on 9/11/20 I explained to some that I needed the order number in order to track my package. I was unable to obtain this because I never received an email. I had been sending emails and no one ever responded. I begged an customer rep to provide me some information later on 9/11/20. He was nice and provided. They explained to me that it was delivered based on tracking number.
They advised me to call on Monday.
On Monday 8/14/20 I called spoke to manager, He refuse to provide any information, he strictly said I had to send an email. He did not help me or assist me, he spoke over me, and told me he did not have time to be on the phone with me and hung up. Management explained to me that I had to track package down and file a claim with UPS.

After tracking package, I discovered that the package delivered to the wrong address, I also never received an email with any information. At this point the fault of carcovers.com for failing to complete the promise of having the package delivered. There was a failure to email information and a failure to have package delivered. Shipping department or person entering data at car covers sent package to incorrect location, this means that address was entered incorrectly.

If you get your package, yes its great service but if it gets lost, OMG good luck to you because management will have to track things down on your own. At this point I am having to file a dispute with my credit card company because I do not know what else to do. Buyer beware and good luck.

I received my car cover, it is really nice! The enclosed directions are easy to read and apply. Your website videos are great references, which I reviewed, to ensure I had placed the 2nd set of tie downs correctly on the car cover. A recent bout of high winds, and My cover held tight and worked great protecting my 04' Mini, in the outside elements.
