Product with lifetime warranty disintegrated in two years. Not worth the time or money. Customer service is nothing but excuses for a horrible product. Money and time wasted.
My original order was for a 99' Silverado, Standard Cab 2 Door, Short Bed (6') Gold Shield 5L Cover... sale priced@ $199.99
It's not like I have a "one of a kind truck" that I need a cover for... It's a 99 Silverado 1500 Short bed! The first cover sent was for some large truck, like a 2500 extended cab 4x4... The second one sent looks like it's for a Honda Ridgeline or extended cab truck. Not sure what it would fit, but not my truck! (see pictures)
Like others have said about Costumer Service... true to the letter. Called, during working hours, to see if the cover sent was the right one for my truck. I figured that they could, when I gave them the SKU #... but they wouldn't even listen. They said I'd have to send an email, and pictures.
The only offer they gave me was $30 and I can keep the cover! After several emails I reached an agreement for 40% refund and I get to keep the cover. Wow!... First big rain and I'll have a swimming pool!
The other bad thing is I still don't have a cover that fits my truck
It's a shame that they can't fill an order correctly... and to screw it up twice is unacceptable.

Order process was very easy, delivery was fast! Overall quality is good so far, but time will tell as what I ordered is the 10-year cover. Overall fit is good, but Customer Service sent me a free pair of wind-straps after seeing how it fit on my vehicle. Will likely purchase another cover, only this time have it custom-fit to the vehicle versus semi-custom fit.
I am extremely happy with this product's fit and material. The car looks as good with the cover on as it does with it off!
Unfortunately I had to send it back and ask for a refund. I bought it for my wife and she just didn't want to deal with taking off at 300am when she went to work. A very good experience dealing with everyone I have no complaints. Just waiting on my refund
