Thought I was ordering from "Car Covers.com", but to my dismay I ordered from "Car Cover.com". Be very careful, there is a huge difference. The cover barley fits, the underside is cheaply made and you cannot directly contact "Car Cover", you have to email them. In one of the emails they confused my Jeep Rubicon for a motorcycle? Tired of dealing with them (may be their way of doing business) and tossing the cheap cover from CAR COVER.com", and I purchased one from "CAR COVERS.com". My loss, hope this helps with decisions for others... BUYER BEWARE!

I've owed my Platinum Shield car cover with "Lifetime Warranty against premature breakdown" for 1 - year. I pinched with my fingers to adjust it as many people have probably done and it ripped very easily. I was quite surprised when it happened a second time since I've contacted them. I emailed them as directed. I was offered patches or to buy a new one at a discounted price.
Now I'm no genius but this but this seams like a scam to keep giving them money or end up with a car cover that will look like a Leopard 5 years.

I've read their own site reviews and laugh, their reviews sound self written almost like an advertisement page. I wouldn't trust, buy or recommend this company to anyone.
We spend a lot of time, love and money to protect our valuable investments. They should be more honorable.

Bought a car cover for my BMW. I wanted a thick car cover and bought the one they said was 5 layers and the max thickness.
When I got it, it was very thin. Called them to return. They will not talk to you, they just say in a recorded message to email them and then they hang up. Emailed them and they said we had to ship this to them (they are in Canada, not the US) at our cost which was $63! Rather than eat the cost, we did this. We gave them the tracking number and heard nothing. A month later, the USPS delivers it back to us and says that it was returned "unclaimed". USPS records said they tried to deliver and notified the addressee, due to no response they sent it back to me. CAlled Carcover.com, spent 20 minutes on hold, no one answered and then finally I got a voicemail response, then a hang up. Now out the cost of the cover, plus the postage. Do not buy from them!

Was in the market looking for a waterproof cover when I stumbled upon CarCover.com. I was a bit skeptical at first since it looked like it was too good to be true I did my homework and found many positive reviews on the cover being waterproof. I decided to put it to the test since they offer a 30-day money back guaranteed. And as described and advertised the cover is indeed waterproof.
