Best customer service

After a harsh couple of winter weeks in Michigan the strap on our cover broke. I emailed the company and I had a brand new one 5 days later with no charge. They stand behind the lifetime warranty. Definitely recommend!

MAJOR FAIL

I bought the 5L cover because the ad stated waterproof, fleece inside, custom fit and Wind Proof. Totally FALSE. I bought this for my triple black Porsche turbo in pristine condition without a mark on it. I shipped it to my condo in Florida for the winter. My girlfriend and I covered it perfectly with this cover before leaving, putting the elastic front and back ends tight under the car. Then we took the straps and clipped them around the front and the back so the cover was nice and tight. When I got back 2 weeks later, half the cover was on the ground, the car was filthy and the clip and strap failed. The wind was blowing the strap and the clip all over and hitting my car repeatedly. Each time the clip hit the car, it chipped my paint. Porsches loose a tremendous amount of money if they have to be painted so not only will I lose the money to fix the car, but thousands of dollars on a resale. The manager Isaac finally spoke to me after numerous calls and said that he would refund my money but would not be responsible for the damage to my car. I am now leaving this with my attorney. Do not buy this cover if you car will be outside. You will be as sorry as I am.

Don't buy it!

I bought this cover for a 1967 Ford truck and the add clearly states custom fit cover. This cover goes over it and around it yes, but it is not custom fit, it a generic cover made to fit multiple vehicles. When I called Tim told me it is the correct cover. I told him it was a 1'6" too long at the cab and he told me it would shrink up to fit in a 3 to weeks but the return policy is 30 days for your money back. The only option is to keep it and watch it not shrink up that much or return it and hope
I get my money back! Customer service sucks period and their lack of care shows. I won't be buying anything from them again and will certainly advise anyone else to do the same!

This is a follow up review on a customer service review, which I posted earlier. I initially was very unhappy with the way my complaint was being handled. My complaint was never about the product itself, but only about the fit and the customer service which I first experienced. However after a bit of a lengthy delay, I now can say I am a satisfied customer. Not only did they replace the cover with one that now fits perfectly, they also upgraded, I assume because of the initial delay. The only reason for the 4-star rating was because of my initial problems with the customer service, but I can certainly give a 5-star rating on the product and the final results with the customer service.

My thanks to Isaac at Car Cover for the help in getting the replacement cover.

This is the second review to this company I have written, and only the second company ever, (other than AARP Hartford Insurance, which tried to surcharge me well in excess of the claim amount paid, and even for a first accident) After many excuses from them, I am done with this company. They give me excuses they can't open my pictures which I am certain is a lie.I have sent pictures by email, which I also sent to myself with no problems opening. I even got a cell number from them and sent pictures too, and got no response. I sent actual pictures by mail, which they claim they have no address for, but it is in their contact information? Like I said before, Worse Company Ever. Please be certain of your fit, because their warranty is as worthless as their word

Great customer service!

They were offering an additional 10% off with a promo code, well, during check out I could not find where to put it so I just checked out. I emailed the customer service and they got right back with me and still applied the additional 10% off my order as a refund. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car cover!

I have bought Several car covers from them for several of my vehicles. One of my cars sits outside in 100 plus degrees. After 18 months was not water proof. Sent them a pic and got a replacement. Actually they have replaced it twice, both after 18 months. Just paid $30 in shipping. The other covers do not get as much sun and have had 0 problem with them. They honor there lifetime warranty. I will continue to keep buying from them. Thank you

PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED!

I bought a cover for my hearse which I measured exactly. The cover was supposed to actually have some extra space left which was fine by me. I pay almost $200 for it and when I receive it, It is to small. I called once and they told me that their covers are "perfect" and didnt believe me then told me to email them. I got off the phone and I emailed them, they asked for pictures so they could replace it. I told them I didnt want it replaced I wanted my full refund POSTED PER WEBSITE. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay for return shipping and they require a tracking/insurance on it or you wont receive the refund. The shipping cost plus what they are requiring are like half of the cost of the cover. That is not the definition of a full refund.
I call a second time and speak to a man about an exchange which I cant get because I bought the biggest cover they make. So I cant afford to return it and they cant exchange it for me. I ask to speak to a manager and he says that he will call me back which he never did. I called again and the manager would not speak to me. I am now stuck $200 STOLEN from me and with a giant cover I can do nothing with. This "company" is a complete rip off. I went to walmart and bought a $20 tarp and some rope to cover the car. What else am I going to do. I now have no money to get an actual cover. My only other option was to get a %50 refund and deal with it

They said I refused a full refund and a replacement which is not true. They said that they did not have a larger replacement and that their refund policy could not be altered in any way.

Hello, we offered to replace the cover free of charge with a better fitting cover you refused we we are still willing to replace the cover. We simply asked for the cover too be returned to us and we would have issued a full refund. The value of on the package was to avoid any further costs. Again we are still willing to replace the ocver free of charge.

After contacting support and providing photo's of the oversized cover they continue to ignore my emails and are providing no support for my attempts to return the cover. When I asked for specifications they refused to provide them. They sell covers that do not fit and are not helpful or supportive. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is false and I hope no one else loses money with this company.

The value of a company is determined by many things. One being the actual quality of the product, and another being the way the company stands behind it's customers after the sale. I had purchased a cover from CarCover.com about 3 years ago. Sacramento weather has taken its toll on it. I didn't save my receipt and that made me worry, but CarCover.com kept my records in their system! A customer service representative assisted in finding the order I placed a couple years ago, gave me the original order number and provided the email to send pictures to. Shortly there after my warranty request was approved and my new cover is on it's way! CarCover.com is very easy to deal with and they stand behind their product! THANK YOU CarCover.com! The only place I can recommend buying a car cover from!

COVER DIDN'T HOLD ANY INTEGRITY NOR DID THE COMPANY! AFTER ONLY 6 MONTHS THE COVER BROKE DOWN AND STATED DETERIORATING, SENT EMAIL TO COMPANY AND THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO HAVE IT REPLACED. I STATED I DON'T WANT THE SAME COVER DUE TO THE POOR MATERIAL AND QUALITY. I WANT A REFUND OR A DIFFERENT AND BETTER MADE CAR COVER. DON'T BUY IT

My cover fell apart within three months and I only take it off my car once a week. When you send photos to them they OK a new one but then charge you $30. Seems like if I had to buy three year at $30 an already paid $140 for a cover to begin with that's quite a lot of money this company is making on for people. On top of it the fleece underneath leaves white little powder on your car and there's no way to get rid of that powder except wiping your car down. Not a good product let me tell you honestly..

I've been satisfied with the car cover. Pretty generic as it really didn't fit my car like a glove, which is okay for me. I did order the wind gust straps as well. It's been about 2 months and the straps are already breaking and falling apart. I've not problem with the cover but buy your own straps. Theirs do not last and are not replaceable and have no warranty after 30 days

Dont waste your money. They claim a lifetime warranty yet when their crappy car cover falls apart they charge you $30 to ship you a replacement. Theres no mention of that on their website.

If the cover is defective we replace it free of charge including shipping, if the ocver is used and worn out we charge a shipping fee to cover the cost of shipping. We replace the cover itself for free which has a value of $279.99

I bought a car cover and within a few months it was coming apart. I filed a claim since they advertise a lifetime guarantee. What they don't tell you on the website is that you have to pay them $30 to ship you a new cover. So rather than not have a replacement cover I reluctantly paid the $30. Now about eleven months later the replacement cover is falling apart and they are telling me I have to pay another $30. Not this time, I'll just buy a quality cover from someone else. I do not reccomend this company. They have very poor business practices.

100% not waterproof. You have to pay return shipping to Canada. They dont talk to you. Worst customer service ever. Worst product ever. Bought it for my Maserati Quattroporte and custom size is a joke. Too big. Leaked everywhere upon first rain. Fabric holds on to all dirt. Total garbage. Then $70 to ship it to Canada when they shipped it from California. Big difference in shipping cost.

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I placed an order with them. The car cover was cheap and a piece of crap. They said I had to send it back to Canada and only through USPS. I found out that it would have cost me almost the same amount to send to Canada as did that cover itself cost me. When they sent it to me, it was coming from Anaheim, California, ten miles down the road from me. This company needs to be run out of business.

Be very aware of this company! Before I placed my order, I used the chat feature to ensure if I paid the additional $25.00 for express shipping i would receive by Friday. (order placed on Wednesday) and I was told yes it would be delivered Friday. Thursday I get an email saying it will be delivered on Monday. Went back online to chat feature and was told to call Issac in the morning for a refund of the $25.00. I did just that only to discover that Issac is a rude jerk. He argued with me and told me that he would refund $10.00 only. I told him not to refund me anything and upon delivery of cover I would just send back for a full refund. Then and only then did this jerk say he would refund the $25.00. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

I would not recommend anybody to buy a car cover from this company. Just ordered a car cover, its poorly made, dose not fit (they told me it will fit my car)and cheap fabric. Then when I tried to return the item, I found out that has to be sent back to Canada on your expense. The product originally was shipped from US. They just trying to make the return little bit more difficult, for sure it cost more.
After contacting the company for return and few email exchange, the company tried to give me 20% the first time and 50% discount just to keep the cover and not returning it. After doing the math it was much cheaper not to send it back, and take the loss. The car covers is in a garbage and I ordering another one from another company.
