I haven't opened this yet as it is a Xmas gift to our son. But, I am assuming all will be ok with it. Service was awesome. I would recommend your company.
Pretty easy so far. Product has been received, but not installed yet, so will continue to reserve judgement for now. The vacuum-packed nature of shipment sort of visually freaked me out, but after unpacking and laying the cover out to "breathe", it appears fine.
