Had a first try at buying from Caratlane Delhi, South Ex, must say it was a very smooth process. Ravindra was punctual, friendly and professional in his service. Definitely shall be making more purchases in the future.

I had placed an order on Caratlane and the order got canceled due to a glitch. Two of the items were no longer available. Saqib reached out, got me feedback on when the items would be available again, got me a special coupon as I had missed a 10 percent off opportunity due to the glitch and made sure my second order went through. I really like his above and beyond persistent follow through. Companies need people like him to succeed. It is not merely quality products but people who build companies.

Ordered Mangalsutra for try at home. My wife liked it very much and we bought it there only. I was looking for good designs but could only find at Caratlane. The service was exceptionally good.

I was trying to order something from one country and getting it shipped to another, due to which I was having trouble in the payment step. But the customer support of Caratlane is amazing and I was helped by Saqib who made sure that the issue is fixed instantly. The whole process of placing the order went smoothly with Saqib's help. I am a returning customer and have referred the platform to many of my friends after seamless experiences I have had so far. While the customer service is top notch, very polite and responsive, a couple of things for upper management would be work needed on the application. While it's easiest to browse from the app and even order for Indian deliveries, I think for overseas there's a bit of blocker. While as a user I can swap the country to see the price in relevant currency, it leaves an impression that one can proceed to order as expected only to feel bummed while adding address. Also the collection available for overseas deliveries changes drastically. Similarly it was bit off regarding redeeming points as well. But to reiterate, the customer agents have gone above and beyond to help me each time resolve a query and the rating of a 4/5 would be solely to them. Quality, packaging and design all top notch. 1 star just for back and forth to bother the agents. Definitely would repurchase but hoping the management would work on the small hits and misses

I couldn't be happier purchasing products from Caratlane. Shipping to US is super easy and fast. Very nice and unique design prefect for eveyday wear and glam looks.

I generally like Caratlane for their sleek and attractive designs. Recently, I am more flattered with their prompt and amazing customer service. I had a couple of issues different times, they got them fixed as a coverage under warranty. And this time, they also did a price adjustment (after purchase) just because I found another coupon (same day) that could save me better. Wow, I haven't seen any Indian company so far giving such a good customer service. Agree that they have high prices comparatively but I don't mind spending a little high for a good service. I've been a regular customer to caratlane from last 3 years. I like caratlane designs.

However recently I've felt that now making charges of caratlane products have increased too much making it not worthy buy.

I have attached one sample picture where in you can see making charge is 50 percent of gold+diamond value. I think you should work on it to retain your customers.

Akram was very polite. We've got what we want. Must try for home visit once. Ask for Akram for the best experience.

I met Rabindra today from caratlane *******@home and it was an amazing experience. I never thought sitting at home and buying jewellery but thanks to him. He was so committed to his work that it rained today in Delhi NCR however he turn up to my place as per my schedule. I must say amazing and one of the most humble person I have ever met
