I ordered hats 7 months ago. "2 more weeks". "2 more weeks" they tell me. Months later still nothing has arrived and they continue to promise "2 more weeks". Jokes.
Purchased a cap from them six months prior to returning to the USA from abroad. Was suppose to be sent to a friends address. Order never came, several calls were made with a promise that it would arrive. Never did so I cancelled the order. They promised a refund and of course after many calls it never came. Finally I just called my credit card and even though 8 months had passed I disputed the charge and won. Got all my money back. Don't deal with this company. I just got lied to time and time again. And be sure to use a credit card.
I purchased a custom hat for work to see if the product was good enough to order in bulk. I ordered on 7/16/2019. I contacted them in September (9/02/2019) because nothing had come yet, and the website claims 4-6 weeks from the day you order is when you'll have your custom hat in hand. They apologized and said they were backed up with lots of orders. My order wasn't time sensitive, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I contacted them again on 10/07/2019 because at that point it had been well over their promised time allotment to which they said the exact same thing. They apologized again and said they were busy and that there was no way they could give me a time estimate because they didn't want to give any false promises. I'm disappointed yet again, but again, it's not time sensitive, so I let them off the hook again. Months went by and I still didn't hear a word about my order. I contacted them again on 2/05/2020 to cancel the order because this had gone on long enough. They responded again with apologies and excuses and offered me a 20% partial refund if I kept my order. I took the partial refund, but never received it. However, on 4/20/2020 I finally received my hat after just over 9 MONTHS. They said 4-6 weeks. It took them literally 40 weeks to produce one hat. At this point I don't even care about the partial refund (which would only end up being about $8 or so anyway) because I never want to deal with this company ever again. They really lost out on a lot of future business and recommendations. It's a shame because the hat actually came out pretty good. Do not give them your money unless you're willing to wait almost a year. Do not give them your time or money!
If there are any other disgruntled CapBeast (Monsieur Stitches) customers out there who either never received their orders or a refund (and I know there are), I am looking at putting together a class action lawsuit to take CapBeast down. Please message me on messenger and let me know about your experience. "Companies" like these cannot be allowed to continue to steal from well-intentioned and trusting customers acting in good faith
I ordered ONE hat for 45 bucks in January 2020. March 30th still nothing. I requested a refund and now here it is The middle of April still no refund! They email you back with broken promises and assurances but nothing else! Horrible people!
I ordered a hat for my friend for his birthday. It was to be customized but I never recieved it and didn't get a refund. I would never order from them ever again. And you wpuld have a better chance ordering from another website with better business. And trust I did reach out to a representative but, the person was of no help AT ALL!

Capbeast.com is a subsidiary company of the Beast Group, Inc. out of Montreal Canada and the CEO is Saad Malick. The Glassdoor page provides reviews from employees that it is a terrible place to work. The company pays to have bad reviews taken down, and employees are encouraged to lie to customers. I have reported this company to econsumer.gov for international scams and I encourage others to do the same. Maybe together this company will be better exposed.
Ordered a custom hat in October and never received it. I called the number to their buisness only to get no answer. Emailed several times only to get told they were behind on shipping it. Then told I would get a refund. Been over a month since refund was promised. Never got money back. Total rip off. Buyer be warned. I wish I could give them a negative 5 star.
Paid for 2 embroidered hats in December 19 for Christmas gifts. It is now April 20 and no product has been received. Have received many many email responses promising to refund my money but they never do. Like others have said, they will send nice emails stating that they will help but never do. I am out my money, so all I can do is try to help you. Don't fall for this scam. DO NOT EVER send any money to these scammers.
The customer service people were nice and all, as i have contacted them over and over about this, their original answer was "you should be receiving your order in the next couple weeks as it has been completed and shipped to the warehouse!" but that devolved in to them just saying over and over "im so sorry! Im sure itll be shipped soon." To which is never does ship.
I placed an order in August 2019 and the deadline THEY proposed was 2-4 weeks for my order to be fulfilled. At the 6 week mark from when I placed my order, I reached out to them and they said that my order had not even been started yet. I requested a refund of my money in October and they said it would be processed within 3-5 business days. It's now March 2020 and I still have not received a refund from them. I have 35 emails that have been sent/received from their customer department. I was asked to send them a PayPal request for payment in January because that would fix the billing issue. I still have not received my refund. Steer clear if this vendor if you want to keep your money. What a joke!
I ordered a hat for my dad in November as a Christmas present... the estimated delivery was 4-6 weeks so I was a little worried about it getting here on time... well it's now the middle of march and still no hat. I've emailed several times and keep getting told that it's in que to be made... but that's all they will say. I've requested my money back and am now waiting on a response. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to service. I would advise anyone looking to get a custom hat not to use this company.
I've literally been waiting over 4 months for one hat, they took the money and ran. They refused to refund. They told me they were "running a bit behind schedule". Site is a complete scam.
I ordered one cap after two months they started offering partial refunds that never come then when your fed up enough to demand full refund they tell you in two weeks you will get and you wont then evertime you contact them they will tell you it will be there in a week everytime I haven't recieved a dime only empty promises
Never done this before but these people are a fake company. Never got my order from 2018. 2018! Tried talking with them... they just kept giving me bs answers that they never followed through with. First time reviewing something like this for a company so you know I mean it. Do not order from them.
Scam. They must've figured out that the people who aren't ordering volume aren't going to bother going to small claims court. Contacted them after a month of my order pending and they told me I'd hear from them as soon as there was progress. I contacted them again after 2 months after seeing other reviews of people claiming they were still waiting after 6 months with no information from Capbeast. They couldn't give me a substantive answer of when my order would be ready so I asked for a refund. After two weeks I contacted them and told them I hadn't received my refund and was told I was to be upgraded to high priority with the billing department. A week later I still haven't received a refund and don't expect I ever will. As nice as their staff appear to be I suspect their real job to say anything to keep you on the hook.
Total Scam! No product after horrible communication. All previous complaints on all other review sites say the same things. Wish i would've reviewed before donating my money to these thieves. This is a fuqin SCAM! After 6-7 weeks without any product or correspondence we decided to ask for a refund and investigate other peoples experience with capbeast.com. Lets just say these people should face jail time for theft. They delete all comments on all of their social media accts because they are all negative reviews and then they will block your access to their accts. Had to dig deep on the web just to find out who owns the company because the phone numbers and address given by the company and its CSR's (cassie and emma)... likely bots ran by zendesk... One of the owners college buddies companies... are fraudulent also. SAAD M. MALICK... You will be held accountable.
Do not order from these slimebags! They will take your money with no intentions of giving you product or paying you back. Total Scam! We need to get their website pulled so others don't make the same mistake.
I placed an order with Capbeast for 15 hats, in September 2018 - it took until December 2019 for them to fulfil my order. They offered me a partial refund in August 2019 and again in December 2019 but never actually fulfil it.
I worry for other customers of Capbeast as it seems like issue is widespread.
I have called to speak with Francis Fitzgerald but never managed to be connected to him via phone or email.
The issues continue - 16 months after my first basic order...
What a scam.
I paid. I waited. After 6 weeks I called and asked where my order is and it was in the queue. 2 weeks later it was also there. So I cancelled since my holiday gift to my nephew was still in the queue on christmas day. Cancellation policy takes up to 7 days I was told. After seven days, 5 emails and 3 phone calls I have no refund. Who the hell takes 6 weeks to embroider 1 color on 2 caps? Search locally people. A local company just got it done for me in a week. It was cheaper too. Being a small business owner, I've dealt with shady companies like this before. They're pretty slick. I hope not for long because too many people are getting screwed.
