Took over 6 months to finally receive my order for two hats. Customer service sucks, they kept lying saying hats were done and just awaiting final inspection before shipping. This "inspection" took 3 months. They promised I would receive a 10% refund and never followed through. I've contacted them multiple times about it and they kept offering excuses and saying it would happen within a week. It didn't happen and now they're not even answering my emails or customer contact form on their website. They constantly lie, the customer service sucks and the company is crap.
I placed an order over 6 weeks ago, haven't received any form of contact since, and my item hasn't arrived. I also paid for expedited shipping. I've emailed them several times and left messages on the phone, and have never heard a word. I don't think anyone actually works in customer service. The site looks legit so I felt comfortable buying but I wish I would've checked reviews first because now I'm out of luck.
First i waited ten weeks for the hat to show up and it took me disputing the purchase for them to ship the order then when i received the hat the spelling on it was wrong so instead of making it right they just refunded my money. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with you would think they would have some pride in their work and make it right.
Worst business I've dealt with in a LONG TIME. Their business is such a disappointment in every way. I placed an order for 1 hat ($52.00) on May 28,2020. I got a hat on August 22,2020, and it wasn't even the right hat. No one is available to talk to, you have to email them any request for information. They assured me time and time again that my order was being processed with disappointment after disappointment on the followup. They have no Facebook reviews area, I wonder why? They suck and they know it. They took my money within 24hours and let me wait three months for a lousy hat that wasn't even what I ordered. I even followed up with them to verify my order and they assured me (through email) that my order was correct. No, it wasn't! Don't order anything from them, you will be VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTMENTED!
I ordered a hat May 8th, it's now the first week of August. That's abhorrent business. After countless requests for a refund I keep getting no response. That's $60 down the metaphorical drain.
Absolutely Horrible. They will make your hat only if your willing to wait over 6 months and They'll have no customer service What so ever, do not... I repeat do not order from this site. They said 4-6 weeks not 4-6 months
I purchased a single custom hat, and when I say custom, it is literally a business logo with two words... 8 weeks to the day and the hat still has not even gone into "production". Save your time and frustration, go to a lids in your local mall and they will do the exact same thing while you wait for 25 minutes...
I ordered 3 hats back in april got it in august turnaround i can deal with but i opened the hats and they were the wrong color been trying to get ahold of customer service with no luck word of advice do NOT use this company unless you like throwing money away!

Awhile back I had order hats for my business, the initial order was both fast and perfect. The hats were cool as hell! So, I made a new order for the same hat this spring in March. Covid hits and everyone shuts down and so my order was delayed... this is understandable and not a problem. Over the months we were back and forth on when my order would be processed and they were very responsive! Until about 3 emails ago (this is now JULY) where I finally said we have waited long enough and either ship the hats or refund me. Now no response. So they have taken my money and neither shipped me hats or offered the refund. We were plenty understanding about the greater economic situation, however most of the world is up and running enough that a company who has no local visitors and simply ships orders should be filled by now nearly 5 months later. They went from being a company I would refer anyone to, to thieves.

My son is 10 he called all excited about 1 month prior to Father's Day Saying not to check his chore card he has a chore visa card to learn how to say money that he makes $30 a week doing his chores from cutting the lawn to all the odds and ends picking up dog poop blah blah blah blah. He was so excited he told me that he paid for extra shipping and handling and not look at the purchase so I wouldn't know what I got. I asked him if he checked the website first to make sure it was legit or a scam he said he thought it was legit he is 10 years old.
Father's Day comes Father's Day passes I finally look up what he purchased on cap beast. About a month has passed since Father's Day I called the company Facebook company they told us that it was because of Covid I've asked for a refund I have not heard anything back after ask for the refund they blocked my messages this place is a scam they should be shamed full of themselves from stealing from people to be quite honest I am very pissed off about this and I want to spread the word about this Internet scam company.
Geez, so a little update on this. Last week (July 7,2020), I finally received 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered. I had ordered one of one style and two of a second. For that hat for which I ordered two, they only sent one of them. My girlfriend got in touch with them on their website and eventually seemed to talk to a real person through Instagram. They apologized, told her they have implemented a number of changes, and told us that they upgraded the missing hats to a better quality and will send out 2 new ones so that they match. We'll see if those ever come. Eight months later, I have 2 of the 3 hats that I ordered, and I am just fine with that. Talk about a low bar to hit. At this point, I don't even care if my other hat comes in and don't care that I never did get a partial refund. Just satisfied enough to be mostly done with this experience.
100% stay away from the business. December 7,2019 - placed order for two hats. January 26,2020 - inquired about delay on hat order. January 27,2020 - email response stated ". In production queue... unexpected amount of orders... that's the reason. Your order hasn't been shipped." February 22,2020 - emailed again complaining about 11 week time lapse with still no hat. February 24,2020 - "... due to setbacks... within the production facility... progress is slower than usual... your order was neither forgotten nor pushed back." They also offered a 20% refund. I just want my freaking hats. May 8,2020. Still no hats, still no correspondence. Is this company seriously still taking orders?
Ordered a custom hat and have yet to receive it. Called 4 separate times and after waiting on hold left 4 messages. The ordered is already paid for. Way over due now. This place has horrible customer service, hell I can NEVER get through. I'll never buy from them again. In fact I'm about to report them to the AG. Buyers Beware
I ordered a hat in March, it's now July and I still haven't received my hat. I've emailed several times and keep getting told that it's in que to be made... but that's all they will say. I've requested my money back and im still waiting on a response. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with when it comes to service. I would advise anyone looking to get a custom hat not to use this company.
I was extremely happy to find a website that would make a single custom hat, but really wish I read the reviews here before dropping $50 on something that would never be received. I've only been waiting for a little over 3 months, which is far shorter than some others I've read. I've gone through the same "customer service" people that keep feeding me pipe dreams about a hat that will never be produced. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt considering the slow down from the pandemic, but I'm fairly certain I will never receive this hat. Now I'm fighting with my credit card company to dispute the charge because it is so old. Do yourself a big favor and do not place an order with this "company".
Do not use this company worst customer service. I ordered 5 caps and was told they do not know how long it would take to get these no time frame at all so I asked if I could get a fill refund and was informed I would get this within 5 to 7 days. 3 months later I still have not recieved my refund and I have talked to 6 different people who say the same thing that it has gone to a higher person and someone will contact me. But no one has. I am the one trying to contact them and they do not answer... Worst company save your money do not use cap beast. They have taken my 200 dollars and not refunded me. Do not use this company.

I put an order into this company in August of 2018 in the hopes that I would receive my order by Christmas. Christmas came and went. Since the purpose for buying the gift passed, I decided I wanted my money back, and i reached out to the company in February 2019 to cancel the order. They cancelled it and promised to refund me. The refund never came and I followed up with the company once a month for 6 months, getting the run around each time.
Eventually I resigned myself to the fact that I would not get my money back. It is now 5/25/2020 and I received my refund of $43. It is ridiculous that it's taken almost two years to get a refund.
I ordered one hat from cap beast. I read the fine print that it takes 4to 6 weeks, but you would be updated throughout the process. I'm on my 6th week and still no updates I emailed and they said they would get back to me and still nothing. You pay a 100 dollars for one hat you should receive better service.
