I found there site offering custom hats usually 30 days or less fstart to finish. 7 months later my hats finally showed up. Wrong the letters were so small you can't read them. Everytime I contacted the over the 7 months they told me it was in design. They didn't even have the original color I ordered. I was so disappointed disgusted with there product. I could of went to any mall in the US and had tge hats made in 2 hours. But because we had planned to order bulk if there product was any where near advertised. We went with Cap Beast. Ultimately my designs were nothing but simple letters. Suppose to be 2inches tall in the front and 1 inch tall in thereal.
Very easy to use site with affordable prices
I recently placed an order for three custom caps with this company and paid the full amount upfront. They guaranteed a delivery timeline of four weeks. However, five weeks have passed, and not only have I not received the caps, but the company has also failed to provide any updates regarding the status of my order. Consequently, I initiated a chargeback on my credit card.
Despite this, I communicated to the company that I am willing to complete the transaction if they fulfill their part of the agreement and deliver the caps, upon which I would wire the payment due to them. Unfortunately, my offer was met with silence — they ceased all communication.
As an owner of a retail apparel business and an apparel manufacturing company, I understand the importance of integrity in our industry. This experience leads me to believe that their intention might be to wait out the chargeback period or to engage customers in futile correspondence, filled with empty promises, until it's too late for any financial recourse.
I strongly advise against doing business with them. In an industry where trust and reliability are paramount, such practices should not be tolerated. Avoid this company to prevent similar disappointments.
I had tempered expectations because I've dealt with embroidery services before and understood the difficulty of precise color matching. This is my first truly bad experience with any embroidery service. I paid $50 for a $20 hat as a test run. It took over 5 weeks to receive the hat. When the hat showed up, the color was so far off as to be comical. Bulk of logo is a medium gray with a small amount of silver trim. When the hat showed up the thread was a dark copper brown. I asked 5 people to look at the logo I submitted and the hat I received before I even reached out to the company to make sure it wasn't my color perception. It was so far off I was starting to think that maybe I was color blind. They all agreed the color was wrong beyond any rational explanation. I reached out to the company for some feedback but didn't actually ask for a refund or replacement. I received a reply from Faiz Kahn that was clearly just a standard boilerplate response about having reached out to their QA department and some comments about brightness which did not really apply to the situation and that there were no closer colors of embroidery thread to match and thus there was nothing they would do. I really wasn't even that upset until I got that response, as it did not pertain to color matching a flat medium gray and was clearly just a brush off email. I could literally go to Joann fabrics right now and buy 20 different colors of embroidery thread among just the ones they carry in store that would have been closer matches to the logo I submitted. How they decided that dark copper brown is the closest existing thread color to medium gray I'll never know, but what I do know is that I'll never use their company again and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are reputable firms out there with better pricing, better lead time, better customer service and techs that aren't choosing matching colors by braille. I'm really still astonished at just how bad the entire experience was from start to finish.
I have placed three orders from Capbeast and each time I have been very impressed with the quality of the custom embroidery work. They can do logos and designs that are not available elsewhere and the quality of the embroidered logo is phenomenal. My only complaint would be how long it can take for them to process orders. I have received my order in under a month once, and most recently it took 7 1/2 weeks reusing a logo that they had already digitized. For something that you cannot get elsewhere, it is worth the wait, but the waiting can be frustrating.
Outstanding work making custom caps that I cannot find anywhere!
I ordered 4 hats. Reached out to see if they could be expedited since they were for a precise date. They said yes.
Not only did that never happen, but I've been reaching out for days for a refund and they are unresponsive. No email confirmation regarding refund, nothing. I will be reporting to my bank.

At this point, it's been OVER a month since I placed an order for a single hat…Was hoping to have the single hat as a demo for a much larger order, but after 30 days it still just shows as "processing"; no explanation or progress in over a month. I'd also add, the demo was for a simple hat with just plain text- no logos or anything complex. I have contacted customer service, who was unhelpful, and instead filed a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund. Not sure where all these positive reviews came from, or if I'm just an isolated case…
Hat was defective. F looks like a P. They said they would replace it. Then kept saying it was delayed because they were backed up. 2 months later and they flat out stopped responding.
UPDATE: changed from 1 to 3 stars. Months later, they finally did send the replacement hat.
Product is nice and done well, what i cannot understand is it taking 6 weeks to receive 1-2 hats. I can understand the first order because they have to digitalize the design, etc. (Honestly still shouldn't take longthough) but give them that benefit on the first order... but when you re-order, all of your settings should be saved.
It should literally take a few days. - put the hat on the embroidery machine and hit go.
No idea what about this process takes 6 weeks... i can literally build 2 full S60 Detroit Diesel Truck Engines in that time frame. (Not joking)

2.5 stars (reality) regarding the time to receive the product. 6 weeks is insane.
If I need a 3rd re-order I'll be forced to go elsewhere. I cannot wait this long moving forward.
TRASH - AVOID. Save your money and time. I was told at week 4 that custom orders take 4-6 weeks and I'd have it soon. I waited over 6 weeks to be told the my hat was not in stock and order couldn't be fulfilled.
I have sent 17 emails over the span of over 6 months and they still won't admit it is a scam. It seems to be run in india by someone who likes copy/pasting replies. And of course they won't give my money back even though I have received nothing. What a shame they have this high rating
I had a custom ESPN hat made with Cap Beast and I absolutely love it. Simply uploaded the logo and within 2 weeks, they shipped it to me stitched onto a fitted mesh hat. I mean the digital image was made into an actual patch! These guys not even only do incredible work design wise, but they only have the best quality hats. I plan on placing several more orders with them :)
Worst products ever! You don't get what you ordered and what they resent is covered in hot glue. Everything is not usable and this place is a scam!
I CANCELLED MY ORDER SINCE THEIR WEBSITE SAID 4-6 WEEKS AND AFTER 6 WEEKS OF PLACING THE ORDER AND FOLLOWING UP I WAS TOLD IT IS STILL IN THE APPROVAL PHASE. I DECIDED TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE A FEW DAYS TO SEE MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM BY PHONE AND BY EMAIL I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER, BUT "I AM ESCALATING THIS TO MY SUPERIORS". AFTER SO LONG OF FOLLOWING UP THEY STOPPED RESPONDING COMPLETELY. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. 2 YEARS OUT AND NO REFUNDS. THEY'RE OUT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!
I ordered a cap with a custom embroidery. I understand that they can't match colours perfectly (that just makes sense), but the decision that they made on the colour is clearly incorrect. There doesn't seem to be any part of the process where I could have seen that they made this incorrect decision and corrected them.
I reached out to ask for a hat with the proper colours or a refund, but was refused.
The print was poor quality, and the design was much larger than I had intended. They refused to do an exchange or a refund.
8 weeks and still no hats, I ordered 4, got 2 of them and the other 2 are just not comming i guess. I reached out on facebook, got a few generic responses and now I am being ignored. I asked "what if i ordered 100 hats" to which the reply was "I would have them out next week" Which is just a complete lie. This company is not worth the aggravation. The portal sucks. The order process leaves you hanging completely without knowing whats going on.
The logo was too low on the hat. I had specifically asked them to make sure it was in the right spot. They gave me excuses that because of the size and shape they had to put it there. But when I look at their website, there are other products that have a similar shape logo that sit higher. They won't even call me back after several email and phone call attempts. Avoid.
Logo came offset and crooked, waste of $50. Their customer service department is a template about how they care but don't care. If you reply to it, you get an automated response of the exact same how they care but dont care template. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere
We ordered 20 white caps with our logo they sent us the caps and they had a green under bill which totally conflicts with our branding colors, they will not remedy the situation, will not let us return them for the correct hats with a white under bill. Only offering a 15% discount on the next order and we will not be ordering again. Very disappointing and a total waste of our resources.

IF THE OPTION FOR "0" STARS EXISTED THAT'S WHAT CAPBEAST WOULD DESERVE. I RECEIVED A HAT THAT TOTALLY BUTCHERED MY LOGO AND OBVIOUSLY WENT THROUGH NO QUALITY CONTROL. I POLITELY ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY OFFERED TO RUSH ME A NEW HAT INSTEAD. 60 DAYS LATER I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT HAT AND NOW ANOTHER REP IS "CHECKING" TO SEE IF THEY CAN SHIP ONE OUT. NO, I WANT A REFUND.
