I purchase a groupon for a small fleece blanket. I then paid 15 in shipping which I thought was a bit high but I am ok with paying for a good product. I was so excited to check the status and see it has been delivered! Though an email when it was delivered would've been an added bonus. When I unwrapped the so called fleece blanket ones shocked. The blanket was felt... not fleece. The picture was darker than what was submitted but I could've looked past that. I can't get over that they are advertising these blankets as fleece. The fact that Groupon told me they normally charge $84 FOR A PIECE OF FELT is ridiculous to me
I reached out to the company and had a quick response time. This was their response...

We would like to offer you a refund however, to avoid further shipping costs for you and for us, and also to stay environmental friendly, there is no need to send the package back to us.

Instead, we kindly ask you to take a sharp object and to make a cut through the canvas, blanket or other photo gift product. If you cannot make a cut through your item(such as with a mug or phone case), please destroy it in any other form like using a permanent marker to scribble on the item (enough to deem it unusable) or scratching the surface with a sharp object.

So that we can validate the refund, please take a picture of the destroyed item and send it to us, as an email attachment.

Once you do this, we will be able to process your refund.

So the company wants to state they are "environmentally friendly" but want the subpar product destroyed. I understand the reasoning on why they would do this sometimes so they don't get taken advantage of. But all I paid for was shipping.

I let the company know I would eat the 15 and donate the blanket to an animal shelter.

Save your money.

I've placed a few orders for their neoprene masks. Each order comes printed differently and the material is different each time. They claim the masks are printed in America and you're supporting American works, but two of my orders came from Germany. However, those two orders were the best. The American printed orders have off colors and the material is not neoprene (maybe lycra). When I've contacted customer service it takes a week to even get them to reprint the order. Not receive a reprint, but to start the reprint.

It's not often that you get everything you're looking for these days. It's certainly not often that you get what you're looking for at an exceedingly good value. Then to top it off, to have all these options for products and options, and for it to be SO reasonably priced, you then get it so quickly and well packaged. I cannot stress this enough. The process was simple and easy, the price was far below what I was expecting, then to have it all produced and printed then shipped and delivered in less than a week is astounding. You can't ask for more than that. I am completely and wholeheartedly satisfied, but not only satisfied but have had my expectations far exceeded. You will not be disappointed. I almost never have nothing negative to say, I hold services to very high standards as business professional, but they did it. They not only met my expectations, but exceeded them, and I can't think of anything else to say.

Emailed me saying item would be late... I must contact them NOW with a phone number where I could be reached TODAY. OK, I emailed back... for 3 days... and finally tried to call them on day 4... on "Hold" for 15 minutes and finally a recorded message said they were extremely busy so call back at another time? It was suppose to be a Mothers Day gift for my 92 year old Mother and was SUPPOSE to arrive on May 8th... 10 days AFTER Mothers day and Still no response! I am done. They have lost me as a customer.

Product ordered almost 3 weeks before Mother's Day was repeatedly promised to arrive, but they always claim my order is "still in production." The only thing they have delivered in weeks are new ads wanting me to send more money for products they aren't producing currently and lies from the CSRs in the call center.

Spend your money someplace where they actually produce goods, not just ads asking for your money!
