I bought off Groupon and was excited to get a personalized blanket made for my sister's anniversary, but unfortunately it was very small and did not even look like a blanket. I'm disappointed as I could not just give that as a gift alone because it looked too cheap. It doesn't even look like it could be used as a lap blanket as it is too small and oddly sized. The picture is beautiful but not the quality I was looking for.
Wasn't very happy about the product Wasn't what i had in mind. The fleese blanket was very thin and tiny for it to cost $89.00 seems like a rip off.
First tried this company through a groupon. Bought two canvas print groupons, however, the online ordering would not let me order either. There is no opportunity to contact a human. They make you think you can, however, they will never answer the phone, then hang up on you. When you complain via their email, it is as though a computer answers, there is NEVER an answer that satisfies your question.
My wife has ordered two large prints, we paid for them. They say they will be made in a day... it has been over two weeks and they say there was a quality control issue, still cannot talk to a person. What a mistake... fool me once, shame on you... they have over $400 of my money and I have nothing...
I just received the 6 12x16" canvases that I ordered. Shipping was reasonable and I am so pleased with the quality and crispness of the pictures. They are beautiful! I used a Groupon and feel that the price to ship was reasonable, although I could only do 2 at a time so had to pay shipping 3x. Overall, very pleased with this company and the final product. Haven't hung them yet but included a picture of them anyhow.
My daughter in law had used this company and her pictures were amazing. My husband and I had some pictures done for our 30th anniversary. So I decided to put a few on canvas they are Awesome! Thank you for the quick delivery. Will definitely recommend to all...
Sent to my friend in New York as a surprise, it was perfect! Being a personal photo the surprise was made even better because of the quality of the canvas done.

I never wrote a negative review for anything before but I am taking an effort to make others know. I placed an order for a large metal print. On the description it said that they will print directly on the metal (aluminum sheet). When I received the product, it was not according to the description because it was not printed on the metal rather it was printed on a sheet and pasted on the metal. The print quality is very poor and the colors are faded. All four corners were bent and the sheet pasted on it was already peeling off. I contacted them to return it and they said that I have to destroy it and send them a picture. I was not comfortable to do that because it is my son's picture. So, I requested them to send me a return label so that I can mail it back to you. They said they will not do that. I think this people are really cheaters and trying to take our money. I would never recommend this to anyone.
They have always produced high quality canvases at reasonable prices with a very quick delivery! I would definitely recommend
I sent a picture of a friends departed cat to be put on canvas. It came out beautiful and will be a wonderful memory for her, I am sure.

When trying to order my acrylic print through a Groupon promo, I receive an insufficient image data error.
I know it's not my image since I have ordered using the exact same image and size.
I do want to say that the two items I have received were very nice and had a quick delivery time, it's the lack of customer service that is worst.
I have tried to use the Canvas on Sale chat and no matter what time of day, it always says no agents are available.
Nobody ever answers at (855) 637- 2253, you get a recording saying they are experiencing high call volume, gives you an approximate wait time then eventually it will say to try your call later and hangs up.

I now am waiting on a response from Groupon chat and email.
I just want a refund and will take my business elsewhere.
This company is a joke. The turn around is 3 weeks. If you have any issues, it'll add a week delay for something simple like switching a photo. Go to Walmart or Walgreens, they have same day pickup. The Groupon they use is a scam too. You don't really save any money as you just end up paying what you would at any other place.
I recently had a photo from the 1930's enlarged on canvas and I kept my fingers crossed that it wouldn't come out blurry! I was so happy when I received the product (approximately 16 x 24) clear and beautiful. This is a family heirloom that will be proudly displayed for generations! Thank you CanvasOnSale!
Took a picture of husband and me so the kids could have one on the wall for the grandkids. Turned out very nice.
We ordered a 3'x4' canvas that was a great deal through Groupon. Ordering was easy, it processed and shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition! We have ordered canvas' from other sites and the quality was not as nice. I would order again from CanvasOnSale.
