Initially, my monitor was too bright. This could cause dark images. After adjusting and previewing with other monitors, I thought I had a good match. However, the next series of prints came in over saturated and still too dark. Customer service is slow. I was offered a reprint for one image. I accepted, but hey, they didn't notice me as to how to claim the reprint. They have been silent since I replied back that yes, I would like a reprint. Radio silence for weeks.
We gave as a gift of a loved one that has passed on. Brought tears to everyones eyes. Thank you. Would use again

I have loved every canvas photo print I've ordered and received. Every photo I've chosen has been printed with perfect charity and crispness. The quality of the canvas has been excellent. I've chosen a stretch format with both widths of the under wood frame. Personally, I think the thicker frame looks more formal but I still love the thinner frame as well. They have shipped in a very timely manner as well. I highly recommend CanvasOnSale.

Bought these through Groupon and was happy with the quality. I chose to pick one picture that is said might not have the best quality, but it turned out good enough for me. They came in a timely manner. The only that bothered me was that I had to pay for shipping through the website. I was hoping my coupon would cover everything. I still think I got them for cheaper, but I'm not 100% sure.
I ordered two canvas portraits recently and am going to be ordering another soon. I have found good deals on groupon and was surprised at how fast I received my portraits and they are in excellent clarity.
Sent me photos with half my children, and I spent time centering and making sure it was right. Super frustrating they'd even send this to my house. Emailed them back and only would replace one photo. All four of them were awful.
I bought this thru Groupon. It take awhile to get them. I order them 2 week before Christmas & was supposed to a before Christmas & received them 2 weeks after Christmas. Also order another one and it came on Monday before Christmas. When I would check on shipping for my other 2 I couldn't find anything out. When I did receive them they looked very nice. I did order them thru Groupon & I didn't realize that I would have to paying for shipping.
Bought this thru Groupon. The canvas came in a timely matter and it turned out beautifully... what bothers me is even AFTER purchasing the voucher for the canvas i had to turn around and also pay additional shipping once i ordered thru CanvasOnSale, so really... did i even save any money going thru Groupon?
Canvas came damaged and can't get a replacement. Customer service is terrible, keep asking me to jump through more hoops and it's been a long time with no replacement...
