I placed the order weeks ago, same time I ordered a canvas from canvas on demand. I got the canvas from the canvas on demand while the canvas I ordered from here via Groupon is not here yet. Initially sent via UPS but got delivered to USPS who in turn will deliver to my house. Up to this date, I did not get my two orders.
Another issue I have, I purchased two voucher from Groupon, one price is $45 and the second voucher cost me $54. I do not get it.
I sent out an email, no response, the auto reply is no help. This is very frustrating. I wish I can cancel and get reimbursed to save me some headaches on making arrangements with friends to come by and waiting for this order to arrive while I'm at work.

I am so impressed with this company. I have ordered 4 times now! The canvas picture come quickly actually more quickly than I would think. The quality is very good and I am so pleased with how they look on the wall. At first I didn't understand the mirror image for the wrapping of the photo and I should have cropped my picture. It was a blow up of a paint by number. So I ended up with nothing on the sides but I have added bamboo reeds to the sides as a frame. Now I see there are other options. My first order was just an experiment to see what it would look like. My other to photos were of sunsets tied to where I live as I am creating a collage wall. I will definitely order more and I highly recommend this company!

I ordered off Groupon. I tried to stretch the picture but the software wouldn't allow it. I thought well if I send it in they will do it on their end or at least tell me they can't. NO! Instead they took a 20" canvas and put my little 3x5 picture in the upper corner and then had the nerve to offer me more products! Why in this GOD's green earth would I order something like this? Then when I alerted them of the problem they ignored me. I wrote them at least twice and never heard a response except that they were busy and backlogged and another time telling me the status of my order which I never asked for. I'll never use them again I'm still trying to reach them because I got the bum product yesterday via ups because I want to send it back. I can't even dispute my cc because I can't reach them.

On Dec 5 I placed an order for a 20" x 16" canvas. I recieved the canvas on Dec 17,2019 and immediately noticed the poor quality and terrible coloring on the canvas. I sent an email to customer service that same day requesting a refund. On December 23, I recieved a reply stating that a refund would be issued if I sent pictures proving I had destroyed the canvas. On Dec 30, I replied with that image. To date, I have not recieved a reply or a refund. This is unacceptable! I have patiently waited for a refund for 3 weeks. Not only was the quality of work terrible, but the customer service is even worse. I have tried also calling customer service only to be disconnected (due to high call volume) after sitting on hold for 15 minutes. Terrible company - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered large print, picture is not centered and there is a gap of blank canvas at the top of 5-6". You can see 2/4 of the edges on the original picture. I thought it was a joke! Very unprofessional. Try calling the customer service #?!?! 1/2 dozen times after 11 minutes of holding they say "thanks for your call" but we're too busy to answer so try again! 2 days in a row. I get it. Holiday rush. Tell me that at the beginning of call. Wal*greens has better prints, and that's not saying much. Very disappointed, will not order again. LivingSocial deal. Some deal. Embarrassing!

In the past year, I have ordered 23 canvases, from 8" x 10" to 48" x 36" and resolutions from 150 to 300 dpi. So far, I have not been disappointed in any of the product. The images were clear, and exposures were accurately rendered (pretested on a color printer). A few of the 12" x 16" canvases were mailed from Germany, and so they were a little slower to receive. However, the response time still was reasonable. I applaud the consistent quality.
