I ordered the magic mugs and used a Groupon. I got one red and one blue. The red color didn't cover the pictures at all they could be seen clear as day through them. The blue covered a little darker but you could still see the pictures. The whole idea is to have to add hot water and watch the pictures appear as the color fades. Very unhappy with this product. I have gotten magic mugs from another company in the past. I will go back to that company.

I ordered a 16x20 print and the print was stretched crookedly on the frame. I also received someone else's order. I have called numerous times and get an automated message that promises a return email in 24 hours. I emailed and have been waiting for 5 days. NOTHING. I want my money back and this company has no interest in helping their customers and fixing their errors. Does anyone claim this canvas? I have tried many times to upload a photo of the poor quality canvas and this website keeps saying that it is not in JPEG form and it is!

Do not purchase the 40x27 blanket. Its extremely tiny and thin. This is not a blanket at all. The blanket is the size of a regular towel, not even a beach towel size. No way is it work $129.00. I got it on sale through Groupons and paid $24 all together and it's not even worth that much. This has to be the most false advertisement I have ever seen. Groupon really need to screen these companies and the products they are calling a sale. First time customer and last time customer. You wont get me again.

I have placed several orders and, even tough many have said customer service doesn't exist, I placed an order anyway. Well, I received an order all right. Except. They are not my photos!. I have tried for days, to call and email and can not get anyone. Finally, got an email a week later asking for my order again, and which one's I did not get. Sent in all the info they asked for and then got an email that said my order was ready to ship. I did receive the complete order and all are perfect. I still say they're customer service could use improving but, they did come through and I am very happy and will continue to use them.

I ordered a canvas 3 days ago, and within seconds of placing the order, I realized that there was an error in the photo (it was difficult to tell because on their site, you can only see a thumbnail of the print, you can't blow the photo up). I immediately looked on their website and found that I was able to cancel the order since it was only 2pm, and you are allowed to cancel if cancelled by 5pm. I immediately started calling, and each time I would call, I would listen to hold music for 5-6 minutes, and then an automated recording would come on saying that no one was available to take my call, and I was not given the option to leave a message. I have sent multiple emails over the last few days, and called more times than I can count, and I have yet to receive any response whatsoever. The only thing I have received is a automated email stating that my order has shipped. This canvas was a wedding gift for my father, and now it will arrive with an error in the message that I had printed on the photo. I fully regret ordering through this company.

I ordered 2 photo blankets and only 1 arrived. Tried to call Customer Service via phone multiple times and get an automated message saying they are busy and to send an email which will be answered in 24 hours. I have sent 3 emails since Monday and no response. I continuously call at different times of the day and cannot get in touch with anyone. I understand that they may be busy because of the holiday season, but being unable to get in touch with a human or get a response on 3 emails in unacceptable. I will never order from them again. VERY UNHAPPY!

I purchased a photo "blanket" through groupon. I thought it would be more of a heavier material like other fleece throw blankets are. When I opened the package today I was shocked that it was nothing but a thin piece of material (1 layer only). I payed $103 for a piece of printed material! It was for a Christmas gift and I am pretty dissapointed and would be embarrassed to give this for a gift. Thinking of sending it back for a refund.
