Long story short I ordered a photo blanket. When I received it the quality was horrible. I contacted customer service with my problem they asked for me to destroy the blanket and email them the pics of the destroyed blanket and I would receive a full refund. I did everything they asked and the reply I received from them was that they couldn't see the picture so I sent the picture again still said they couldn't see the picture after numerous emails back and forth since October still no resolution. So I'm out the money for the blanket that was a present and the crazy amount they charge for shipping. First and last time I will order from this company. Horrible customer service
I purchased a groupon for a 36x24 canvas, I read the fine print and paid for shipping too, I live in Canada, it's states there may be an additional cost for shipping, when placing the order it said shipping to Canada was $61.99, once i put the coupon in it said the same thing! If I'd have known that i wouldn't have purchased Canvas and shipping! It's the same regardless... I'm waiting on the canvas so cannot comment on that yet.
I used a groupon, so I shouldn't have expected much. The photo blanket was smaller than a baby blanket, and the worst part about it, was it was paper thin. Even if it had been a decent size, it was still WAY too thin. Disappointed and wish I wouldn't have spent money on this.
Easy to upload, quick turn around time recieved in less then a week and great quality will order agian from them!
Beware of this company! I bought their premium' blankets. They came to me damaged: ripped, stitched improperly, uneven cut blanket, and photo was off. I asked for a replacement, contacted customer service 4 times, no answer! Finally replied last week and told me if I wanted a quality product I should have chose a different blanket. Lol! They won't replace the blankets, and they want to me shred the 2 I bought before I get my refund. No worries, they were ruined when they got to me! No need to find my scissors. Don't waste your money with these people. Terrible customer service, terrible products, you will be furious and out of money by the time you are done with them.
I placed two orders. I received one and when I opened the box, it was not my order! I spent all morning trying to get someone on the phone with no success. When I finally got someone at 3:54pm, they told me my other order did not go through even though I got a confirmation email from them with a order #. They approved the order and are going to ship my actual canvas but not until they receive a pic of the canvas I received that is not mine. Very disappointed with the experience. Wont be ordering from them again
Been ordering for a while, love the quality and ease of use on the website. The mail damaged my last canvas, but CanvasOnSale quickly sent me out a replacement.
A commissioned work in oils I had blown up extra large. Great detail. Looks like the original oil, only larger! Now this copy hangs prominently in my living room. Great job!

This was my first time ordering with canvas on sale. I ordered a 40x30 for my wedding to use a decoration. It came very quickly and it turned out fantastic! I was worried because of how reasonably priced it was, but it turned out beautiful!
The colors sparkle and the images are crisp. The canvas prints are glare-free in my sunroom full of windows. Very pleased with the quality and the prices.

I ordered two separate canvas shots of my kids. They both came so good, I have them propped on my fireplace mantle. I am going to order again for Christmas presents. I had a friend cry when I gave her a canvas of her dog, she loved it so much.
Horrible service. They made a mistake on my order and they are not helping with that. Stay away from canvasonsale and save yourself somw troubles.
I ordered a canvas picture and the photo magnets. I got them both back exactly as promised. They both were Awesome. The only problem I had was, I wish the magnets were bigger because they were so Beautiful and I have gotten lots of compliments on both of my orders. I have already recommended CanvasOnSale to my family and friends.
I am unsatisfied as the top of the dog's head in picture was cut off as opposed to cutting off from the bottom of the picture which was just fur.
