I ordered a Groupon for a blanket. Hurried to get it done for Christmas but the voucher redemption code wouldn't work. I emailed and called this company repeatedly and never got an email back and could never get anyone on the phone. I have had to escalate this with Groupon ~ don't waste your money!

I received a shipment notice 24 hours after purchasing my aluminum photo and received my photo a few days later. I was terribly disappointed in it. I thought the photo would be transferred to the metal - my mistake - instead of just stuck on like a sticker. The said "sticker" is falling off all around the edges and bubbling.

I Bought a Groupon for this site last week and every time I try to use it it says there is an internal error and they will try to fix it. I am trying to order something for Christmas. I have emailed them and called them and no one has responded to me yet. I am very unhappy with their service

Great quality! The blanket is super soft and the picture turned out great! Happy with my purchase! Would purchase again and recommend it!

I placed an order over a month ago and there has been no status update on my order. I have called and email and no response from this company. They send emails everyday trying to get me to order more, but I still haven't gotten my first order!

Purchased a voucher twice and would not accept it. Impossible to reach. I tried several times. Very disappointed and frustrated! Never, ever again

Ordered canvas through groupon and when I went to order the picture there was a charge of $39.00 for shipping - the canvas does not weigh 1lb - so good deal through groupon but too high of shipping costs - so will not every order from Canvasonsale again

Ordered a canvas for a Christmas gift for my mom. It shipped very quickly, but it is somewhat loose (not wrapped tightly) and the edge shows some white. Loose or tight, I wish it was lined up more carefully and didn't look like a hurried job or like I got it "on sale." Hope she likes it...

Purchased this through Groupon. Went to place order & it shows an invalid coupon code. Sent two emails to company, no response. Also tried to call, no answer after long hold. Contacted Groupon who verified code was invalid & they said it will take up to 5 days to resolve... this will put the order way past Christmas delivery - so disappointed. Save your money & shop elsewhere.

I have ordered a magic cup that I thought would be nice as a Christmas present for my husband. Ordered it 2 weeks ago. I tried calling them almost every day after the 8-10 days promised shipping dates. All I got was an automated music and machine saying due to high volume of calls call later. Really? All I want jow if just a refund, not even interested in the product anymore!

I purchased 2 photo blankets with a picture of my daughter on them. I received someone elses blanket with 2 dogs on it. The blanket is super tiny and very thin! Not even worth ordering by the way. I have called multiple times with no response and no answer back on emails. They have also blocked me from commenting anything on their facebook page. I will be reporting this company. Do not order!

I got a great deal and figured if they were bad I wouldn't be out too much money... then they showed up and I'm in love - they are beautiful!

Purchased 6 magic mugs, after the website crashed too many times to count, I finally had my mugs created. I ordered them all for gifts for my children's great grandparents. His were black, hers were red. You can see the picture completely through all the red mugs, therefore ruining any "magic." Would not purchase from the company again.

I placed an order of a family picture on a canvas. After 10 days of no response I contacted the company several times. They will not answer the phone line and only returned 1 email out of approximately 10. Finally I recieved a package that had not 1 but 2 canvases of mountains. No family picture. Again I have made several calls and sent several emails. No one will respond.

My husband passed away on Thanksgiving Day so I redecorated our living room. My husband always said our house never felt like home, and because of our canvas photos, our house now gives me the comfort of home. It's like he's still here. Thank you

My canvas was printed wrong and after 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of someone through multiple phone calls that no one answers to 4 sent emails that also haven't been answered I am extremely frustrated with this company and their customer service.

Entire top edge of photo was peeled back, contacted customer service several days ago and have not yet received a response.

The regular prices are absurdly high, so wait for a sale and order multiple items to spread out the shipping cost. I have purchased about 20 canvases over the last few years.

My only advise is that the print is darker than it appears on a monitor, so make it lighter than you actually want.

I have ordered lots from them and everything has been great. They have also been delivered very timely.
