I ordered 3 blankets not one came in. I tried to call, you can't get through. I emailed them over 4 times no response back. Horrible horrible horrible! These were supposed to be presents for my family and they never came in the mail.

They sent me someone else's picture and now I cannot ever get a hold of somebody at the company to find my order! It was ordered in plenty of time for Christmas no trying to figure something else out! If you order you are screwed because their customer service is horrible!

I bought this through groupon and have yet to receive my blankets that I bought as Christmas gifts. I have emailed and not received a response. I also called the company and music played for about 5minutes before I hung up. I read such great reviews but so far I still haven't received my items and I haven't received a tracking number. I purchased the items at the beginning of LAST week.

Communication is terrible. Tried to contacting the vendor through email and phone for the past week and a half with NO RESPONSE. Sitting here 4 days before Christmas without a gift for my mom.

Would never use them again.

Said order by 12-14-18 to get by Christmas so I ordered it for a gift and now its saying the 29th. Ugh.

I ordered three canvases for christmas and they arrived on Monday. The big ones were scratched up and the small one had a broken wooden frame. I called the company Monday night tuesday morning and wend morning and was on hold 6 hours total and didnt get to talk to anyone yet. These were gifts and now too late to order agian! You cant get ahold of this company!

Shipping fast but ordered 5 mugs and 3 were broke. Can't reach customer service. Can't even see the picture on the mug! Nothing like what it is suppose to be. A waste!

Very poor quality, very cheap looking. Delivered quickly so giving it 1 star. Will not order again.

I ordered online through Groupon voucher, the site advertises that you can track your packages, however when l attempted to check the status of my shipment, it stated my package was unable to be tracked due to it being shipped post service, which is contrary to what was advertised. Advertised that ups would ship. I have tried to call, the number was inoperable, I emailed with no response. Scam!

I bought 2.16x20 canvass and received 2 8x10 the company told me to slash the canvass's and they would send me new ones. Problem was I had them delivered to friends out of state. So I paid way too much for what I got. Also the backing there was not any. Just the canvass stapled to frame. Inferior products excessive cost for what I paid for. I will not recommend. They suck

I have been trying to talk to customer service since December 14 and it is now December 19 and I still cannot get in contact with anyone it also been 48 hours over the 24 that I am supppose to receive an email back

I purchased a Canvas for a Christmas gift for my husband of our Wedding and I got a random Baby picture of someone else baby... I have emailed 3x and called and I am getting no response.

The code will not redeem and there is a customer service phone number on their site that is out of service do not waste your time or money most likely a scam. If you have already purchased a Groupon for them I I suggest you contact Groupon report them and get your money back.

I ordered a custom photo puzzle through Groupon and was at first impressed with the quick delivery. That changed when I received the product; multiple pieces had damage around the edges and one piece was snapped in half. It took two emails and over two weeks to hear anything back from customer service. Very disappointed in the response time and the product isn't worth the headache.

My mugs came completely destroyed and i have had no response from customer service. They can post new Facebook photos and memes everyday though

I got a Groupon for 3 magic mugs for 12.99 not only were they basic photo mugs they ignored all cropping requests and cut my daughters face off, they also did not put fragile on the box so my package was man handled the entire way 2 out of 3 mugs shattered into pieces I've been calling, emailing, and Facebook messages no response this is completely unacceptable

I bought a groupon for a magic mug, and the code wouldn't work. I emailed the company and it took forever to get a response. I have received the magic mug and it is TERRIBLE QUALITY! You can see the picture through the black paint, there are places on the cup that are not painted and it looks really crappy. Glad I didn't pay full price.
