I received the pillow I had ordered for a Christmas present and it is damaged. There is a very noticeable blemish on the photo that is not on the original image also the zipper is broke and I'm unable to close the pillow. Not happy with product. Would prefer to have a canvas made with the image. Please respond as soon as possible.
I ORDERED TWO BLANKETS FOR MY CHILDREN FOR CHRISTMAS OF THEM AND THEIR GRANDMA WHOM JUST PASSED AWAY. I RECEIVED A E-MAIL STATING THEY WERE MAILED OUT DEC 12, STILL NO PRODUCT, STILL NO REFUND! NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR REPLIES TO E-MAILS. POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!
THEY SENT THE WRONG PHOTO. I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND SPENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO REACH THEM ON THE PHONE. AFTER 10 MINUTES ON HOLD THEY HANG UP. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND REPORTING FRAUD. I ORDERED THE LOONS 12X16 AND RECEIVED THE FLOWER 8X8
Zero Customer Serviceno phone calls returned, no emails returned. They take your order and leave you to fend for yourself. Avoid the Groupon pricing and find a more reliable company. Will never do business with again.
I paid for a 16x20 canvas with a frame and they won't send me the frame. Won't respond to me on email, can't get through by phone, worst company I have ever delt with! Do not buy from here! If it's wrong - you are screwed
I placed my order one month ago and I never received it. When I looked up my order's status on the website it stated it was sent, but tracking information was "unavailable" for my order. I sent 5 emails to inquire about my order. I even tried to reach this company several times by phone & reached out to Groupon for assistance with follow up (this was a Groupon deal). I have had no success. I do find it amusing, however, that since I have placed my order, I have received 28 marketing/soliciting emails from this company. Certainly, a disconnect with personalized customer service. I would highly recommend avoiding this company.
I was hesitant about ordering from this site because of so many bad reviews, but my canvas came out perfect! And it arrived within 2 days. I got a canvas made of my husband and his father. His father is in his last stages of life, so it meant a lot to him when he opened this up on Christmas. It literally brought tears to his eyes! Thank you so much canvasonsale. You have gained a customer for life. I highly recommend this site! :)
I ordered blankets for Christmas half of the photos the heads were cut off all the photos were very blurry I will not ever order from here again I am very disappointed in what I received and now I figure different gifts for my family because I cant give the blankets to them
I ordered 2 blankets with a groupon voucher which only worked if I did the code mobile. I placed the order December 8th and the customer service is horrible you're better off contacting Santa and getting a response. Have not recieved my blankets and it's Christmas eve.

I purchased a Fleece Blanket as a Christmas gift on 12/11/18. I have tried for weeks to get the stat us my order and no relies from my emails and NO one answers the phone to speak with! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I was on the phone 3 times for 25 minutes each. Each time it ended up saying to write and email, they will respond in 24 hours... it's been 10 days and I still haven't heard anything from them.
I ordered a picture for a family friend and I opened it just wanted to check it out before I gave it to them I realize they sent me the wrong picture, it was still great quality but i'm just bummed, hopefully we get it all figured out and I get my picture soon!
We ordered 10 canvas' on Thanksgiving weekend. They supposedly shipped but according to UPS tracking a label was created then the whole package was immediately returned to sender on 12/10. Absolutely zero communication from the company that there was an issue. Now I'm left with a paid bill, no items and too late to reorder with another company!
I ordered four photo blankets (60 by 40) and when they came I measured them and they were 57 by 38. That was not what I paid for. But this is not all, the photos on each blanket varied in exposure from dark to very dark - it really looked bad. Now these were Christmas gifts so I did not send back due to turn around time. Also the blanket are cheap and very thin. I will not shop here again.
We ordered three items. Two canvases and a photo blanket. We were double charged for the shipping of one of the canvases and the blanket still has not shown. No tracking available on the blanket order. It's impossible to get in touch with this company by phone or email. They claim to have online support but that does not exist. I would stay away from this company.
I order photos on different canvas' several times a year. I usually go with a company that offers a discount. Canvas on Sale is hands down the best. The ordering process was easy. I ordered nine 10X8 prints on December 20th. I received an email later that day that they were finished and they were preparing them for shipment. Yesterday, December 21st they arrived at my door! Unbelievable, especially around Christmas time. The pictures were high quality and exactly what I wanted. Thanks to the staff that finished and shipped my order so quickly. My sister ordered a picture blanket for my daughter. When she got it, it was the wrong blanket. It is not her picture. They must have sent her someone else's blanket. She emailed them twice and didn't hear back and waited on the phone for over a half hour but still did not get any help. Awful customer service and disappointing that this was to be a Christmas gift! :(
Impossible to get in touch with this company to resolve an issue. I ordered a canvas on 12/11/18 and a confirmed ups label was created to be shipped on 12/13/18 with a 12/18/18 delivery date. It's now almost 12/22/18 and it still hasn't been picked up. I have tried calling numerous times and it sends me to an automated music recording that disconnects. I have also sent numerous emails explaining the situation, hoping for a resolution and yet again - no response. I'm so disappointed that I paid for a product that was promised a Christmas delivery and now I'm not even sure I will ever receive it. :( Unnacceptable service regardless of the season.
Answer: I CANT EVEN GET THROUGH TO NOBODY, SAYS MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED ON DEC 12TH STILL NOTHING. THEY DONT EVEN REPLY TO MY E-MAILS! SHITTY COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
