I ordered two photo mugs, but upon arrival one of the mugs was damaged (refer to attached pictures). "Fragile item" wasn't indicated on the box, and I'm extremely disappointed in the outcome. I'm giving this two-stars, because although the other mug was damaged, the other was fine and the quality of the picture was beautifully printed on the mug with no lighting issues or other errors.

I bought the coupon on Groupon for the 12x16 and it came out stunning! I love it! It came safely packaged. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Shipment came from overseas and took forever. Quality is good but if you need fast this is not the company to order from. Very bad communication. Never answers phones or emails.

We ordered a 30 X 40 canvas print for our Christmas family portrait. Absolutely awesome. Super bright colors and very sharp. More orders are in process. They have my future business as well as my family's.

I ordered a blanket well before their "order by" date through Groupon and it came 4 days after Christmas. It also came with a green tint over the whites. I have tried calling and emailing and have had no response. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Feels almost like a scam the way you can't get a hold of them through their phone number.

"Guaranteed Christmas delivery". It is past the new year and I still have not received my item. I have called 5 times and customer service rings for nearly an hour with no answer. "Email us. We will answer your email in 24hrs". I emailed them 3 days ago. Am very disappointed i haven't received this item that was a Christmas gift for someone close to me.

Ordered with "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery". It didn't ship until a week after Christmas. Customer Service was no help.

I ordered acrylic block, it come just perfect and as expected; clearness and sharpness of photo is very good. Love the product. It shipped in nice and secure package.

Only thing is shipping time. It took more than expected time even more than site says.

But finally the product matters to me.

I swear to f*cking god DONT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. It's a total scam and YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER. This is some BS Chinese not real company not based in America with no actual customer service. It's literally 100% a scam

Sure wish I would have ordered one before I bough the other three. The Magic Cup is not magic at all. The image shows when the cup is cold. It cleared up, but truly magic would have been from blank to picture. I am extremely disappointed and wish I had ordered the regular mug rather than the "magic" cup. I seriously doubt I will be using this company again.

The blanket must have been wadded up when printed. Looks terrible, almost frightening because of the large gaps that go through faces make them look deformed.

Love the canvas I had made for my son and his girlfriend. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company. It came wrapped beautifully and ready to hang. I tried a different company and I wasn't as happy as I am with Canvasonsale. I absolutely love it!

Do yourself a favor and no not order from this site. We never received what we order although they took our money. Their phone number is inoperable, they do not respond to your emails and you can't track your order.

Was extremely pleased when my parents received their gift. My father in law is hard to impress, and he was very impressed with the quality. Will definitely consider future purchases!

It does not take weeks to get this and they never gave eme a tracking number and I called and no answers! I will be turning them into PayPal and BBB. I don't pay all this money and not receive the goods.
