Was a little reluctant to order these guys as they are situated in Florida as I live in Vancouver, Canada. Those fears were unfounded. The prints look amazing and the packaging and delivery time was exceptional. I am a professional photographer and will be using these guys again.
I used them the second time - ordered 3 canvases - all were great - Bright and clear - better than what I was expecting. Received them in less than a week!
I plan to keep using them for all large picture needs.

Company shipped it with a white mark on the canvas easily seen. Item never should have shipped damaged. Emailed a photo of the canvas. Company never sent a new one.
Just received our latest batch of 4 canvases. There was a delay in shipping as they notified us by email that they hadn't come out perfectly and so were re-doing them. That was ok with me. When they arrived they were perfect. Just beautiful. Previous orders with them had had damaged packaging which damaged the canvases, and on another order the frame was crooked. Both times we contacted them and they promptly shipped out a new order that was perfect. This time it was perfect. I think they give great customer service, which is why I keep going back to them. Don't know why they got some bad reviews. They are great and responsive in my experience.
I was really happy with the 3 panel canvas. Turned out great. Was a gift for our son and he absolutely loved it.
My pics have always been great quality and turn around time has been very good. I would recommend that everyone that has a keepsake give them a shot
I don't normally write reviews however I had such wonderful experience with this company and product I felt like I must! My canvas is so clear and crisp I could hardly believe it. Not an 8x10 or 11x14 but a 24x30 or maybe larger. I will indeed order again and I have! I highly recommend!

Fast delivery, customer service is wonderful to work with if you can't get your selected image to fit the selected size you want due to pixels!
When I received my order (3 days late), there was extensive damage to the packaging and print. I have tried to contact them 4 times through their email address that was on the contact page. So far, zero response. I spent a lot of money and I have no print. Please respond.

Sent sharp, high-res image. Got back blurry print. Nonexistent customer service. Won't answer emails. Phone goes straight to hold music. Not even any "your call is important to us."

I was told I should have been more careful but I could get a replacement. Then I was told to send photos. I have sent the photos 4 TIMES in the past 2 weeks and they will not reply. So basically they told me I was at fault but they would send me a replacement. Then they requested photos which I sent several of and you can clearly see the jagged edges. Now they just won't reply. Terrible customer service. Go to Costco for a beautiful print that is actually on metal. Coscto or any other place will treat you like a paying customer if your item is not up to standard. Don't buy form this place!

What can I say - got introduced to CanvasOnSale via GroupOn. Bought 4 36"x48" color prints, and had a massive number of 12"x12" B&W prints of family made. The results are stunning. Have received many compliments from friends about the quality of the work.
As an FYI - most of the prints were made from iPhone photos (including the pic here).
Easy on-line ordering, quick (and well-packed) shipping (although their tracking info is slightly suspect). Very happy - will continue to do business with them!
