I ordered a metal print which was a little smudged when I received it. They initially offered me 15% off a future purchase if I was okay with the mark, but after pushing back, they re-did the order and replaced it at no cost. It looks great now.
The customer service was very quick and helpful.
I have been quite pleased with the quality, speed, overall ease of ordering and customer service with any issues. I would have given a 5-star rating; however, twice now I've experienced issues with the lamination process being a bit damp before the plastic wrap is applied for shipping which causes crease marks where the lamination comes off the canvas when taking the plastic wrap off. It's not too big of a deal unless the piece is being hung on a bright wall where the sunlight might reach it. That being said, customer service has been excellent and I'm given a choice if I want a replacement at no charge or a discount on my next item.
The nine canvases I most recently purchased were for a customer of mine and these were to be enlarged a great deal; the largest measuring 54" x 36". I purchased some software that would take my photo from an iphone X and give it the highest amount of dots per inch when enlarging the digital image before sending to Canvas Champs. Their prices were the best after doing an exhaustive search of many companies. They did an amazing job with color, the 1.5" frames extremely sturdy and what I love best - they adhere the canvas to a masonite board! This gives the piece great stability and no concern of warping or sagging of the canvas fabric. This is the only company I have found that does this. I highly recommend Canvas Champs and will order from them again.

I saw an ad for Canvas Champ and the prices looked incredible so I decided to try them out. Let me tell you, I could not be more pleased with my products! The order arrived before predicted and was THE BEST packaging job I have ever seen! There was protective coverings on each of the canvas prints as well as foam padding. It was a large order and they all arrived in PERFECT condition! The craftsmanship was exceptional with a sticker that said it was "Handmade with Love." You could definitely tell that the frames and mounting were handmade because of the perfection. The craftsman took great pride in their work! I gave them as Christmas presents and everyone loved them! I will not hesitate to use Canvas Champ for all my future canvas product orders! (The pictures shown are just a portion of my order and the coloration on them is brighter, it was just my lighting).

I have ordered canvas prints from CC and was very pleased with quality and delivery time, in fact had the order in a week! So thought I would try a 16x24 Acrylic print. Again the turnaround time was fast but the print was damaged. Contacted customer support they said to send them images of the damage area and they made a new print, infact made me two by mistake and said to keep the extra at no charge.
I would like to thank John for his help in getting this matter corrected in a timely manner.

I ordered a panoramic print and was expecting it to arrive 12/28. It got here 12/23 - what a surprise but we did not open until today, Christmas morning. It was undamaged and BEAUTIFUL. The print will grace our lake cottage wall of one of our favorite spots on the lake. Thank you for a great product at an affordable rate and really fast shipping! I've orders apron and pillows from this website and really regret now. The Aprons quality is so bad, the stiches were not strait, synthetic material, the picture is blurry. Same goes about the pillows. Everything looks cheap and will not be used, forget about giving as a gift (which was a plan). Just a wasting money.
Ordered also canvas, that was OK. Also ordered an umbrellas. The cover for one of them was missing. After claiming, I've got a refund. But quality of umbrella is not the good either. The shaft is too short, which makes the canopy of umbrella (which is not bad quality) sitting on your head, the handle too big and looks also cheap. So, for umbrella I will give 3 stars, for canvas print 4, for apron- not even 1 star, for pillows - 2 stars.
Everything looks cheap. Overall, I WOULD NOT recommend this site - such a bad quality, not worth to spent money.

LATE AGAIN! Birthday gift has been sitting in Tennessee for 9 days and canvas champs wont get it moving, Justin keeps saying 24-48 hours, day after day. Same ol BS. I dont understand how something so simply is so hard for some people. Their site says "Lightning fast shipping" LOL WHAT A JOKE! If you want to gift someone use another company or order 2 months ahead of time. I was having trouble getting the image I wanted to fit the entire pillow on their website so I called and was instructed to make the purchase and to just add a comment stating I wanted the entire photo on the pillow. Cool. So I did. They got back to me pretty fast and said they'd send a preview of the pillow before sending it off. I got the preview but it looked like how I had it on their site so I once again explained to them I wanted the entire headshot of the women in the photo on the pillow without cutting anything off. I was ok if they shrunk the photo to make it fit.
I later get a email from them saying my pillow was done? But no preview. I called the number on the website and once again explained that I wanted the entire headshot of the women in the photo on the pillow. I was told they could not do that but they ensured I'd like the finished product…. I would not have made the initial purchase of the pillow if I knew that in the first place…but I said ok
I got the damn thing yesterday…first I called to complain they gave me a blank pillow…not realizing the image was on the case not the actual pillow…I could've sworn there was an option to either put the image on a pillow case or the actual pillow and I could've sworn I checked pillow.
Anyway, the image on the pillow looks like it was just blown up to fit the entire pillow yet was still cropped off at the top and bottom…. I also noticed a scuff mark on the side.
Mind you, the photo of the women was a friend's mom who passed away earlier this year and this pillow was supposed to be a Christmas gift….
I emailed them and still haven't gotten a response.

Im sure someone inspected these prints but gave no care as to the quality. CanvasChamp this is your product and your name here you need to work out the flaws in your manufacturing and on the packaging line.
I did go to the website and it does have a chat box and the person was able to help me and after a little bit of time and me uploading the images to them they said they reprint everything over. These are just some that i would be willing to share due to the fact I shoot full nude low light photography.
All of the photos are black and scratch makes stand out clear as day and every photo has scratch marks on them. One had a huge blue spot like no one will notice this. One photo had dust or something that was printed over on the metal and bubbled then chipped off. That was the photo with the red circles. All the edges had damage like every print did due to cheap cheap shipping materials. Not going to get upset because getting the reprint was easy and no running around. Just had to prove the damage. But the quality and how the prints came was terrible. I refuse to hang my work if this is what i receive.
If the reprints are better and well packaged when shipped out then I will be happy but if the same quality of work is shipped back then this is one company is not worth working with!

I ordered a triptych (split) canvas from Canvas Champ, and there are several serious quality issues with the three canvases (of varying levels of severity) which make the canvas basically a piece of trash, it's too ugly to hang up on a wall.
On of the split pieces is so badly out of square, that from top to bottom there is over 0.5" difference from the bottom left to top left (and the same on the right hand side). This is very obvious when you try to align it with the other two pieces of the triptych.
Two of the pieces bulge at the top from the hard particle board underneath, which is also visible while hanging. As well, the hanging hardware (which costs extra to have installed with your order) wasn't even complete - one of the hangers is mounted backwards, and another is missing a screw.
I tried to open a support ticket, but it has been over a week and they have not responded. AVOID!

When put to the task, they took the order, charged for expedited delivery and didn't deliver. Then they got funny - they send a faked FedEx confirmation with the shipment being send to India the next day (one day after it was supposed to be delivered) - only for the tracking number to vanish the next day - it couldn't be found anymore. Their response - one excuse after another.
Two things - they print in India not in the US company, as they claim.
And unreliable as hell.
Fortunately I just wanted to see if can find a another printer for large metal prints - I going to stick with Pictorem.com - great prints, personal service, on-time delivery

Just do yourself a favor, ignore all the positive orders and do not order from here. I placed an item for an order two weeks ago, and it got delivered to the wrong state altogether. And I've not received a response from CanvasChamp yet about a refund for the same.

Upon receipt my items were damaged and I have had no luck getting the correct size reprinted. Literally, the worst customer service ever. I am certain I won't see the damaged items in the correct dimensions as I am fighting them tooth and nail even with photographs. This is an outsourced company with subpar product and very subpar customer service. Seriously buy anywhere else before these guys.

So I've been looking for a site to do metallic prints on and found CanvasChamp. I decided to do a test run and just order one out of the 20 I've been wanting to get as decoration. Came in today and overall its more detailed than what I expected, but it got pretty banged up on its way in. First of all, it shipped from India which is a pretty common sign to tell if a company is sketchy especially since it says they're stationed in the US. Took about a week longer than it was expected to get here, which to be fair isn't a big issue considering how covid is slowing things down in terms of shipping. Like I said the detail is better than I expected but to be fair I had my bar set pretty low so keep that in mind. It came in with a dent on the front, scratches on the back, slight chipping on part of an edge, 2 bent corners, and was also pretty warped on top of that. I think if you are only looking to get a couple of these then its honestly not too bad since the price is so low (as long as you're ok with it being a little banged up). Do not get these in a bulk order though. I also tried to get in contact with some sort of customer service to see how much my bulk order would run me and its very obviously either copy-pasted responses, or its run by bots. Overall what I got wasn't terrible but it wasn't super good either, and the site is super sketchy. Only order if you plan to only get a couple.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
