Scammers
November 6, 2021

Placed an order, processed payment. Never got an order number. Products were still in cart. Put in Chat, where was told another dept. would need to handle it, then Chat ended. Called twice, disconnected, called again then told I would need to prove I paid and it would take a week to resolve. Sent an email through their site that this order is canceled, and removed items from the cart. If the charge is not credited, will dispute it through my bank. This is just not right, nor the way a reputable company would work.

I placed an order and paid extra to have it shipped by a certain date. We are a week past the date and I still cannot get a straight answer as to where my order is. I called customer service the first time and they said my order was shipped and I would receive an email update, no email update. I called customer service on the day my order was supposed to arrive and they said there was an error in my order and it needed to go back to production for a reprint. I would get an update on the shipping emailed to me, no email update. I called again a week after the order was due and now they are telling me that due to the pandemic they are having shipping issues and it will be sent out within 24-48 hours and of course I will get an email with updated shipping information. 3 different calls, 3 different answers.

Virtually NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a canvas and mousepad the first week of October. NEVER received the package. Now they expect ME to track it down … I did receive an email from a representative in INDIA telling me to locate the package and pick it up! It was held up in Texas and Memphis for weeks! I live in Michigan! NEVER, NEVER, AGAIN! Buy locally! I STILL don't have the merchandise! I have to find it and pick it up!

I've been ordering from this company for over seven years. I placed an order at the end of 2021 and spent over $400. Every canvas that they sent me is mounted on CARDBOARD.

In the past, they used wood for their canvases. What they sent me is completely unusable.

So disappointing that I will have to find a new company to order from. Seriously, who mounts canvases on cardboard?

Did not receive order
October 22, 2021

I placed an order and selected a guaranteed delivery date at checkout. The items are shipped from India and have been stuck in "clearances" and the items have not been received. When contacting customer service, they just say they it's not their fault since they shipped it on their end on time. I had to re-purchase the same items from a local print shop since I had ordered these items for an event.
Buyer beware these items are shipped from overs and do not go by the delivery dates. I have no idea of the quality since they have not been received yet.

I wish I could give minus stars as 1 star will still count. STOP, do not order. I ordered customized clock from thete website showing sales in canada. System showed date of delivery Oct 6th. Today is Oct 21, I'm is showing sitting on some port in Mumbai India. J missed wedding date Oct 20th. Have to spend double the money to buy a gift for wedding. This guy name James is telling me that he has ask shipment people to expedite. Hw thinks his customers are stupid not enough to know that one shipment is flopped at fed ex door, there is no control to expedite. My grievance is timing. They could put their system to december so person ordering csn decided if to order or not. I am seeing reviews on broken product Bern received. Well dies not matter anymore as I have spend another 200 dollar to buy a wedding gift as I could not go empty hand. They are fraud. If u think product coming from Canada as u order here and pay here, you are mistaken.

I have ordered a product from Canvas Champ and I got the delivery date but they are delivering the product very late for users. If you ask support they will mention, we have highlighted the case but nothing happens with the order delivery, very very late delivery. Don't expect products to deliver on time.

Decided to try this site out after I was recently engaged and wanted to order a canvas of my engagement picture. Little did I know I would be doing business with a company that has zero customer service. I emailed them within minutes of submitting my order. The response I got was "sorry, it's too late, we already made the print". Really? Within minute? At 9PM at night?
I continued to correspond with them trying to reverse 1 item in the order and got no where. Their authorize.net payment system double charged my credit card and they simply didn't care.

I placed an order on 8/29/2021 and was charged 93.11. I waited and never received an email confirmation but the charge went through so I reached out on FB messager on Sunday asking about when I should get confirmation or my item. Magically they are unable to locate my order but still charged me. We are going on day 4 with no resolution. I called the 800 number and was told to be patient. The company is a scam Do not order from them.

This is really not a fair review. The price was good, the quality of half my tile order was excellent. The speed which they filled and shipped the order was very efficient. The communication from when the order was placed to when it was shipped and the shipping company was not provided until I replied to the order confirmation email. The reply was quick. The reason for a 2 rather than a 4 is related to UPS the shipping company. Half the order arrive on the delivery date promised for both boxes. The second box still shows it is in their local distribution Center waiting on delivery. They have no clue when they are going to move it on and have no intention of looking for it until 14 days have past. Then they will declare it lost. Bravotti, please reevaluate your shipping companies. 2

Sadly the quality is poor
August 14, 2021

I had an image printed large, 30x36, and framed. At first I was impressed. It came in a wood box instead of a cardboard box and at glance it looked great but when I went to actually hang it I noticed issues.

(1) The print out had folded or crumpled before they mounted it and instead of printing a new one they just went ahead and used the crumpled one. Maybe on a photo that would be unnoticable but it's pretty clear on this mostly white poster

(2) They put 2 mounting hooks on the back but they are not aligned. The one on the left is 13cm from the top. The one on the right is 12.4cm from the top

(3) I also had them print 8 other images at 8x10 but not framed. They threw them in the back of this frame loosely which meant some of them fell in transit and their corners were crumpled. I'd have thought they'd put them in some envelope with a card or something to keep that from happening.

I loved their website but I won't be ordering from them again after this experience.

Buyer be ware
August 12, 2021

My 3D moon came 2 days late, didn't work, and the layers were pulling apart. There were gaps all through the picture then when I called and asked for a refund they kept saying "ok. I'll send a replacement" and ignoring that I wanted my money back. After 10 min of that he finally said ok send pic to this email (that didn't even work) so I wound up responding to the confirmation email and 2 days later they said 24-72 hours and I'll have my refund. Here we are 84 hours later and still don't have my refund. This company is a joke! Don't use them!

I strongly encourage everyone considering Canvas Champ to reconsider for better options available online. I personally had a traumatic experience of ordering a 3D framed print, and I've had to request for 3 replacements back to back because they clearly don't know their business- framed on top of the print as it is with tape without any masking, dust cover back or front glass protection whatsoever. Trust me, these guys don't even understand after repeated emails with pictures and videos clearly demonstrating the issues. Don't waste your time and money on this unprofessional service.

I ordered 8 canvas prints. They all had bent corners. Several were stuck together. I had glue dropping from back off two of them. Missing ink in corners. Scratched surfaces. Horrible. Horrible horrible. Spent three hours trying to get my money back. I finally lost my S &$) on them. They are fraudulent company. Do not use!

Well, to add my voice, I ordered on June 6th. It is now July 18th. Stiiiill waiting. The ONLY way to get a response is through chat on Facebook. UK doesn't even have a phone number! There IS an address, for which I found the number. But it's not them. I would still like what I ordered, so maybe now it can be a xmas present (!) Also annoyed that it's actually India. Not happy that I'm sending images of my relatives halfway across the world, instead of just London. Dodgy.

Their initial delivery time is much, much longer than stated. When contacting them for updated delivery times, their phone and chat service falsely claimed multiple dates and times that proved to be completely untrue. Also, although this delivery requires a signature by receiver, the package was left in my doorway without a signature which left me unable to examine the package prior to acceptance. I ultimately discovered the packaging and print were badly damaged. It became obvious that their packaging is completely inadequate for delivery from as far away as India. After receiving poor customer service, poor delivery service and a damaged product, they would not reimburse me, but only offered a 20% refund or ship me a new print. Due to this, I unfortunately had to opt for the new print. After receiving the new print, I was astonished by the poor quality of the print. I'm extremely disappointed on many levels and would not ever recommend this company to anyone!

I received defective products almost a month ago as you can see in one (image scuffed) of the photos I attached. I contacted customer service numerous times before I got a response to which I replied. Nothing. Left a review at another site and I got another email that said the same thing as the last one so it seems to be pre-fabricated because they have to issue it so often. Capable printer. Terrible shipper.
July 6, 2021

After a good deal of searching to decide where to attempt metal prints for my photography, I finally decided on CanvasChamp due to what appeared to be appropriately high customer satisfaction. My order arrived with one print having spots in the print that weren't part of the original image, and all three metal prints having corner damage to some degree due to inadequate packing. I was able to reach CanvasChamp support online, who offered to give me 20% off or reprint the order. Since all three metal prints were useless, I opted to let them try again.

The 2nd attempt was worse than the first, and for the same reason. Both sets of images were shipped from India. I take no exception to the long ship time, but neither set of images had any corner protection which resulted in damage in the long journey both times. While they might be able to print a satisfactory image, this company is unable to pack media appropriately for the overseas journey. I'd steer clear. It wasn't worth the hassle to attempt to use a distant printer, even at the budget price, since CanvasChamp went 0/6 on getting the prints to me undamaged. I'd recommend CanvasChamp consider adding intentional foam corner protection to their shipping strategy rather than hoping a couple of flimsy composite boards hold up to an overseas trip with FedEx to save themselves some money on (pointless) re-prints, as well as likely maintaining satisfied customers. Not a single metal print was usable out of the original set of three, nor the replacement order of three. Perhaps you'd have better luck if you were in Asia or Europe and the journey weren't so arduous, but I wouldn't risk it!
