1st order was shipped with 1 peice of cardboard and saran wrap. It came heavily damaged to the metal prints. Replacement order also arrived with numerous chips and warped for metal prints. The canvas wrap is made with cheap products. It ships from India.

Printed sign did not arrived on time, I have to go to local store spend over $100 to print another one. The product arriving 2 weeks late. I send them email but only auto reply, no customer support.

Love this service! Excellent quality, fast service. Downloaded image I liked on Shutterstock and turned it into a beautiful multi panel piece that filled my space. A single framed picture big enough would have cost $100's more.

I order three canvas print of landscapes. The colors on the print are quite a bit lower in intensity and the printed images lost about three inches around. Quality of frame construction was good and they were packed and shipped with care. I would not use them again for this type of reproduction.

This company is great to order from. Their customer service is easy to work with, the website is easy to navigate and orders are quick on delivery. I ordered several different sizes of photos on canvas and couldn't be happier. I had one issue with one of the pieces but they replaced it fast and without hassle. I was originally leery about ordering from an online canvas company. So many to choose from and SO many different prices. I was nervous of what the final product would look like, but that proved to be unnecessary. I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened my delivery. I am now over the moon happy with the print of my grandparents. The original artwork was done in Hungary and it was not in the best of shape. Canvas Champ repaired 95% of the defects [see photos] and it is so much more presentable. One of my 3 copies will be hanging in a local historical museum. Bravo Canvas Champs!

This company is terrible. They messed up on multiple pictures and finally they told me they would give me a refund on one of them. They gave me 10 dollars on a 300 dollar order. THEY ARE A SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT USE THEM. There customer service is terrible and no one can communicate properly. Please say safe.

Ordered travel pillow and came via FedEx. Came packaged in a plastic box which was cracked when received. Shards from box punctured the pillows. Not worth the expense to repackage and ship back, but won't be ordering these again. Product was nice, but not worth the chance of receiving damaged merchandise.

I ordered a huge amount of prints of my artwork. Spent over 655.00. This wasn't my first time ordering from them. My previous experience was good, but I had ordered the heavier, thicker prints. This time I ordered their feather-lite weight prints. It was a mistake. I had to take about half of them apart to try to get the waves and bumps out of the canvas. Then, when I tried to fit them in frames that were supposed to fit the size I ordered, they were too small and most of them were crooked. The images were okay, but a little too saturated. That could have been my fault in the images I sent. I also would have liked to be able to reduce the image sizes to fit better on the format. I didn't see a way to do that on the website. It's almost embarrassing to try to sell these as valid art prints. I'm not sure I will give them another chance even with the heavier prints I had ordered previously.

Getting the print-prep department to crop my photo correctly was difficult. They sent me a "proof" that cut off part of the dolphin's body on the right which is the focus of my photo, instead of cropping the left which is blue water. After I asked them to move the crop line to the right, a slight improvement was made. Yet, it is not how I would have done it. They did the same crop on the top & bottom. Very laborious. Overall printing was good. The final print was drop shipped to my client. I don't have a picture to show you.

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
Answer: NO use They don't deliver the product, they ARE Fake
