The work done was generally good, but one of the 4 canvases came out defective. However, the Canvas Champs company has already responded that the defective one will be replaced. We hope this is the case as soon as possible.

I used this company and I'm so disappointed. I was unaware that 2 of my canvases were going to be very small and as well as 2 of my pictures the to of the heads were cut off.

I ordered metal prints during their black Friday sale, guaranteed to arrive on Dec 14th. As that day approached, I saw online my order was still "in production." I contacted them via chat and they offered no explanation but assured me they would put a rush on it. When the delivery date passed, I called. This time they informed me they had run out of metal and weren't sure when more would get there, but that they have an order coming and would be quickly filling backorders as soon as it arrives. They offered a refund, but I won't be able to get that kind of deal again elsewhere since black Friday is over. So my parents are just going to have wait indefinitely for their Christmas gift. Worst part to me is that no one was going to tell me this. I had to call them to get answers. Horrible.

First order I did was fine, second order came all messed up. Part it wasn't printed correctly and partly because FedEx smashed it to heck! It wasn't wrapped well at all though. I tried to chat, submitted tickets, emailed (sent SEVEN pictures of the damage) and nothing. They sent one stock email response and that was it! Now I have bent up, not printed correctly gifts to give to my family and even though they are family I am embarrassed!

As other reviews have mentioned, I received a metal print with the wrong photo. I reached out to customer service to report, they said someone will respond within 24-48 hours. As this is a Christmas present, I assume I will now not have it in time, as it appears to have shipped from Asia and took two weeks even though I paid for expedited shipping.
As another reviewer said, they did wrap it well, and the canvas photos I received were good quality and in good condition, thus two stars. Very disappointed about the metal print, now have to find a gift for someone very hard to shop for.

We received our canvas prints within 3 weeks and they are very well made. The prices were by far the cheapest amongst competitors but the quality is very high. Cant recommend them enough.

It looks all American but they're overseas. They have zero customer service and will never answer an email. The corners will be rubbed off and I don't trust them.

I purchased a pillow for my nephew with the last picture taken of him and his mother (she passed away) on the front and a picture of his mother in her younger years on the back.
First - trying to edit the photo was very difficult. I wouldn't show the whole photo so I had no idea what the end result would be. It's a photo of them both so I first tried to center it with both being in the picture. Nope, that wouldn't happen so I centered it so his mother was centered in the picture and thought it looked nice.
It was just delivered and I am SO disappointed!
It shows both my nephew and his mom BUT they're on the very sides so almost half their faces are cut out and there's a large, dark space centered that stands out more than the people. That's my biggest complaint but let's talk about the quality now: it is so, so cheaply made. The zipper doesn't go from one, bottom corner to the other, it's perhaps half the bottom of the pillow plus the zipper (very cheap plastic) is sewn together where you can't unzip/zip it to the end. The personalized pillow case comes with a pillow shrink wrapped so it puffs up when it's taken out of the plastic wrap and it's ok, I guess. However, it's very difficult to get into the super small zipper opening.
Once I got it worked in, fitting it to each corner it only disappointed me more in the picture and how noticable it is this big, dark space in the middle and the faces of my sister and her youngest son (my nephew) on the sides, cut almost in half.
Oh, on the front I added text, the last words she said to her son, just three words and the first 2 letters on the first word was cut out.
It's too late to re-order and I wouldn't from this company anyway but this was $50 wasted.
Pictures included. You can't tell from the pics that the zipper doesn't work but it only opens up perhaps half the size, if that. I was afraid I'd rip something trying to, carefully, put the pillow in.

I did not know the products are produced in India. There might be where issues of when I received my photo, there were scratches all over it. They could have padded the shipment more as it was going overseas but there was no damaged to the packaging itself, so it might just be a quality issue. Shipment itself didn't take very long, in fact, came in a lot quicker than what the original led time stated. The metal looks ok quality, but the edges are basically raw. I thought they would at least round the corners so that it isn't sharp. And I chose the pre-hanger option, which is just a square of thick foam tape on each corner. I there would be a hanger hole. There is no backing and the metal is about 1/8" thick. I would recommend they add rounded corners as this can be very sharp.
I was recommended of this site by a co-worker but I do not think I would order from here again as there are more options in the states I can go through and get a better idea of what I am ordering.

The photos I received were not of my family nor were they even the same size or quantity that I ordered. I ordered well in advance of when I need them (a week from today) but now I'm afraid I will not receive them in time to gift. We will see how customer service does and what quality is once I receive them. On a side note, packaging was like Fort Knox & company went out of their way to make sure photos didn't get destroyed during delivery. To be continued…

Ordered a pillow with picture of pet. Delivery and picture definition was good. However, picture coloring was terrible. White areas were blue. I asked for money back or replacement with correct color. Communication with CS got me nowhere. Beware.

I ordered two small photo pillows of my dogs for my son as a Christmas present. The pillows look like the pictures, although one is deformed looking. I ordered from here because they were cheap and this is a funny gift that I didn't want to pay a lot for but also because the website clearly stated that the pillows had removable covers. Well, they don't. When I emailed and asked about it, they said I ordered pillows, not covers. The description of the PILLOWS clearly states they come with removable covers. Also, the seams will surely not last very long, and I'll have to get them repaired.

I've used Canvas Champ for years and they were great. Last year I ordered a plaque and they printed it so the edge was cut off. I contacted them and they re-did it, so it took some time (everything ships from somewhere overseas and you have to sign for it when FedEx brings it, so delivery is kind of a hassle, too), but I did get it at least. This year, I ordered 2 photo pillows and the quality was AWFUL. The pillows are thin and cheap. The fabric is reminiscent of 1974 leisure suit. SO cheesy! I also ordered bookmarks. There was stray text where there shouldn't have been and they were cut incorrectly so they were cut off and the cut-line was visible. I pointed these errors out, sent them pictures of both issues so there was no confusion, and they printed them again. This time they were cut correctly but they still left the stray text. I'm currently fighting the battle of ignored emails trying to get them corrected, ONCE AGAIN. I also ordered a canvas that came out absolutely AWFUL! I contacted them about it and was told that the photo resolution was too low - however when designing the print, it said it was fine. I went back and forth multiple times, and finally after several requests, am supposedly getting a refund for that. Right now, my emails are being ignored. I called the 800 number hoping that would help. I got a guy who barely spoke English, understood nothing I was saying, and who I couldn't hear because of all the banging and shuffling around in the background. Needless to say, this will be the LAST time I ever use this company. Don't know what happened, but they went downhill fast! Save yourself time, money, and headaches and shop ANYWHERE else but here!

Answer: I'm not sure about that but I think it's a small company and it's shipping from overseas so with my order I was just super patient and when I finally got it I had actually forgotten I ordered it and it was like a little surprise in the mail!
Answer: You probably won't. They do not care about the customer once the sale has been made.
Answer: I had the same issue - paid an extra $40+ to get it shipped by a certain date / expedited... day of expected delivery came and I call to find out they have just started printing it - IN INDIA... no way it can possibly ship in time for the wedding it was purchased for!
Answer: I cropped my stuff to get it to look right and to not say, like, "low resolution" and they came out beautifully.
Answer: NO use They don't deliver the product, they ARE Fake
