I ordered soft close hinges. When I received my order I realised I didn't order enough. I ordered more. The second shipment was incorrect so I contacted customer support. The order was replaced with expedited shipping at no extra cost and had the correct parts in two days. I can say I am definitely satisfied and that the customer service exceeded my expectations greatly.

I got what I ordered and no delays
I ordered three cabinet hinges after emailing my measurements, including a picture of my hinges. The ordered hinges were not even close to fitting. I realize I may have to drill new holes, but the overall size wasn't close.
Shipping is high which offsets the discount somewhat, still a good deal
