Color of cabinet hinges did not match what was shown on the website

This is a completely alien world for me and I had some difficulty parsing through all the product offerings for the hinge I needed to fix a cabinet door. Some of what I bought was right, some not, but it was ok because our handyman was able to use what I bought to fix the problem.

Fairly easy to find the cabinet parts I needed to fix a broken cabinet hinge. I only wish I had purchased 2 at the same time. I also find shipping costs exorbitant. $8 to ship a hing seems a bit too high.
Anyway generally good service.

I ordered soft close hinges. When I received my order I realised I didn't order enough. I ordered more. The second shipment was incorrect so I contacted customer support. The order was replaced with expedited shipping at no extra cost and had the correct parts in two days. I can say I am definitely satisfied and that the customer service exceeded my expectations greatly.
