The representative I was dealing with for my hinge order was very helpful and even sent me instructions on how to measure to make sure I ordered the correct hinge. Hinge is in and working great!

I contacted customer service 3 times asking for an e-mail confirmation of my order. I did not receive an automatic one when I placed my order or after my requests. I am still waiting. Other than that prompt delivery and secure packing we're outstanding.
Found handle I was looking for from the mfg. Price was decent and product is solid. They don't ship long bolts for drawers in the package, only short ones for doors.
Reviewed the combination of price and quality of Euro style drawer glides. Placed order without any issues. Price was in line with that of another company I originally wanted to place an order. That company had virus issues and could not fulfill my order in the time frame needed. I chose Cabinets. Com as a substitute. Only issue with Cabinets is on the size of my order, 100 sets, I was charged freight thereby increasing my per unit cost. The other company stated there would be no freight charges on a similar order as that placed with Cabinets. Com.
I definitely will take the freight issue into consideration on all future decisions of ordering from Cabinets. Com.

Had parts I needed. Fast delivery
Replacement hinge for a lazy susan door was listed as the precise replacement for an obsolete old one... but its screw holes were not in the same location. I had to drill new holes to make them work. A bit misleading, folks.
