Cabinet Parts has a huge selection of items I need for remodeling my kitchen. Some items I have ordered have arrived within a week of the order date. Very please with my last order of soft close drawer slides. So glad my contractor informed me of this website.

Extremely helpful customer service
I ordered the right parts, but they sent the wrong parts. I asked customer service how to return these parts but all I get is a link to figure out the right parts to order. I already reordered the right parts again, so all I need is to figure out how to return the wrong parts sent. Your return policy shouldn't be this difficult.

I ordered and they came in a reasonable amount of time. Thats pretty good!
Once my order was place, I never received a confirmation email. I called and found out it was just a glitch in the system. I received the confirmation email before hang up the phone with them. My order was delivered two days later. My only complaint is the bulk ok drawer glides I ordered did not come with screws. Other than that, the service was very fast, the prices was better than everywhere else I searched online and the customer service was excellent. I have ordered and will continue to order from this company.

The drawer slides I received are high quality. I installed them and I'm happy with how they work and look. Just some simple instructions on how to use the rear mounting bracket would have saved me a lot of time looking around online. In the end it was really simple and they work great too. A small simple illustration and explanation either on your website or in the package would have been great.
