I call regarding information of about a template for hinges. It took several efforts to get information and after that I didn't get the correct information.
Part arrived quickly and finally let me finish a kitchen cabinet door.

Half of my order was not in the box when I recieved my shipment. Items just thrown unprotected into a large ziplock bag, no screws with the mounting plates. Maybe my standards are to high because I've only done high end custom furniture for the past 12 years but this was seriously disappointing.

Placed an order with CabinetParts and before placing my order spoke with a guy as I wanted to make sure the pulls were available for immediate delivery. He checked and told me all looked good, place order now and you will receive. I placed my order and then 2 days later, received an email stating that my order was on backorder for almost a month. I emailed and called and finally they replied to my email as I wanted my order cancelled. Their email said my order would be cancelled. I emailed them again as I never received a full refund for something I never received. At that point, they just disregarded my emails. This company is great at taking your money but when it comes to a refund, get in line... a very long line where you will hear nothing! Beware and my recommendation, stay far far away from this company, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
The reason I contacted customer service was because I did not receive free shipping on my qualifying order. I ended up getting $5 off. That is the only coupon code it would accept at the time. However, it should have accepted the free shipping. I tried only putting that code in but it never would show up. When I contacted customer service I was told it would take just too long to process me a refund on shipping. The agent did offer to credit a future order the amount of the shipping, however, I don't need anything else to order.
Disappointed in that. I love the hardware though and very pleased with my order.

Finding replacements for drawer organizers to replace some that had worn out was the goal. Cabinetparts.com had a perfect match. I am beyond pleased.
The product choices were broad and prices were right. Customer service rep gave me good guidance on installing.

My only issue is that I feel the hinge should come complete with the frame mount plate

Ordered something and had to return and replace it two days after receipt. Delivery confirmation received from FedEx - item was delivered and signed for June 19. A month later and no delivery date for the new item and no credit for the return. Reach out to customer service five times with a return call always being their response but no one ever contacting me. I'm fed up at this point and request a cancellation of the item I had replaced and hadn't shipped (Found it on Amazon w/ two day prime delivery and cheaper from... cabinetparts.com). I finally got a hold of someone on the 6th try who tells me it's been pushed through to the accounting department and my credit will be issued by the next day. Wait two days without a credit before calling them again. This time I'm told by the rep that my package arrived damaged and a supervisor would be calling me the next day to help me file a claim with the carrier. 42 DAYS AFTER IT WAS RETURNED THEY'RE TELLING ME ITS DAMAGED?! So, you took my money, took my product, and now I'm out a product and my cash - and still waiting for a return call from a supervisor a week later. I'm about to be past my 60 window for filing a claim with the carrier but I guarantee that's their intention because this product was never damaged to begin with.
So here I sit wasting my time trying to get in touch with someone while no one returns my call as I'm guaranteed they will. The canceled item was delivered and I have a return authorization for it but refuse to return an item and then get screwed out of my refund; I'd rather sell it on ebay. I have another order that was placed in May and has since been cancelled but I'm getting shipment updates for it and is apparently shipping August 26...? I'm sure I'll be charged for that too.
I needed to replace my original 30 year old cabinet hinges. Customer service advised me my specific part number was discontinued many years ago. He directed me to their page where I could cross reference the old number to the new one. The hinges arrived in a few days. They fit perfect, and function like new! I highly recommend this company.
All parts fit perfectly.
While I was able to figure out the adjustment mechanisms on the hinges, I would suggest including either with the parts, or online, or in a YouTube video, how all those adjustments are to be made.

Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
