Shipped really fast! All went well. Kitchen drawers are opening and closing much better with our new rails. Had local tech install. Placed two on ones with more weight.

My order was filled and delivered quickly. I needed one more matching item and it was delivered quickly as well.

Haven't heard back from my email yet. Likely will need to return the hinge sent.

Poor website design made it easy to order the wrong parts, which I managed to do.
In the covid pandemic, I was late a couple weeks late in returning parts. They were not flexible.

I wish I had the screws and instructions delivered with the hinges. It seems that you assume that all orders are being done by professionals.

Bait and switch, did not receive what I paid for and what the invoice said was shipped. No response from you except a computer response
