I knew when I placed my order that it would be right and on time.

Any mistakes (and we all make them) was immediately addressed and corrected. They sent double the amount of clips and no hinges. They had my hinges in a day and told me to donate the extra clips to HFH. I thought that was great.

I found my pieces and ordered. They were delivered the next day. They are solid, great for my kitchen.

This order was a 2nd order for parts from CabinetParts. First order was fine but a little slow from order until delivery. The parts themselves were perfect. This order was also slow in arriving. The order is a repeat in parts so I'm confident they'll be fine (not installed yet).

These drawer slides were difficult to install and had to be custom fitted, even though they say they are for 3/4 inch drawer thickness.

Order was delivered in a timely manner. Have not had time to install them yet.
