The tambour door does not roll tight like it should. I have called CS at CP and they referred me to National Omega Products, the manufacturer of this POS. I was told I needed to talk to the engineering dept. Messages have supposedly been sent to the engineering dept. I left a message on one of the engineers VM. Not a single person has bothered to call me back. CP has refused to act as my advocate to resolve this problem. Do NOT buy from this company or any other supplier who uses National Omega Products as their supplier.
Fast delivery, everything arrived in good condition although packaging could have been improved on.

Wanted some drawers in my workshop. Found drawer slides on your you website that were reasonably priced so I ordered 14 pairs. I have built the drawers and installed all the slides. The slides all work fine, no matter how much weight is in them They need a little push to engage the soft close mechanism but for the price I expected that. Shopping and ordering on your site was great. Shipping was fast. Could not be more pleased. Thanks
I ordered a new drawer box and soft-close drawer slides. They came shipped separately-- the slides and a set of screws first, followed about 2 days later by the custom box. I thought shipping was on the high side and I would have just as well waited to have one package delivered with everything. The box and slides were good quality. My only installation problem was with the round-head screws provided, which interfered with the smooth operation of the drawer slides, and caused me some frustration before I figured it out. I don't know why the suggested screws were these round headed ones, when flathead screws were really called for in order not to bump against the slide mechanism. Next time I'd look for those on the site or else just provide my own. Otherwise a good experience once everything was sorted out.
Both of the boxes were missing some of the screws. Went to the hardware store and bought some.

Finally got the parts after a long wait. Cabinet Parts was the only place to get the parts I needed. I would recommend them.
I ordered 5 salice hinges and received 4 and one odd hinge that wasn't what I ordered. Guess that'll have to do.

I am building a new house and ordered some shelves from this company.
The quality seems ok, but there was an issue with the colors. 3 of the shelves are kind of matching on the colors, but the one was a lot darker than the rest.
I requested a replacement and they denied it. I mean how much does it cost to keep a customer happy? I guess one shelve is too much!
Now i am stuck with this odd one and will have to paint it with a dark color to cover it.
Shameful that they dont go the extra step to keep customers happy.
Everything was great. My only complaint is the price of the screws. I was able to order 100 screws from another source for the same price I paid for 25 here and it was not enough.
Everything went as planned one small tear in the cardboard box but no damage to the product. Satisfies our needs and we will use your products and services again. Thanks K.K
