I had no idea how to replace my 20 year old cabinet hinges with new soft close hinges. After a disappointing effort at my local hardware store, I called Blum and they told me exactly what hinge to use that would replace the current Blum hinges I have. I was delighted, they didn't cost much and came quickly. Excellent service.
Ordered Monday and came on Friday to install on newly painted cabinets needed to install before heading home doing a cape cod travel paint job. You guys are always professional. My 4th kitchen ordering your hinges. Thank you.

In ordering a replacement drawer slide, I was asked to give exact measurements, and after doing so, was given the part number that would work. However, when I went to install it, it was obvious my drawer was too long for the slide. After numerous emails with customer service, I was told I had an odd size drawer and would need to cut three inches off my drawer so the slide would work. That was, of course, unacceptable. I submitted a request for return and refund, but haven't had any response in four days.
The shelves themselves are sturdy, well built, and well packaged. The IKEA style infogaphic instructions are sub par, but doable with no phone support if you have questions. They claim to have a support chat but it is actually a chatbot that will take a message that a human will email a response to by the next businss day. The 15 screws needed for 100% of the installations are not included **insert facepalm here** (really? You can afford to give us $70 soft close mechanisms, but not a $1 pack of screws?). The optionally needed spacers and restrictors are not included (in fairness, they do state this), but when purchasing, it is typically unclear if you will need them and are not intuitively easy to find to order (fortunately, I did not need them) and they also include 2 green clips that look somewhat like the restrictors, but are undefined and of unknown usage. The youtube videos were good, though outdated (the marking template has changed from a plastic strip to a cardstock paper one which is implemented differently. Mine was quite tweaked from packing and handling, but still usable).
I was not sure about the hinges and called customer services. The gentleman was very clear and informative. Therefore, this experience created an assurance of my order and my ability to return the items if needed.
The website made it pretty easy to find the hinges I needed, which is helpful considering how many variants blum has for them. They arrived pretty quick and all the parts I ordered were there. And work pretty well.

Searched for a gas piston/strut for a toy chest for kids. Found exactly what I was looking for, at a great price! Delivery was prompt! Will come back for any of my cabinet needs!
I ordered six pairs of over extension soft close drawer slides and they only shipped three pairs. When I asked them to remedy the issue they said they were unwilling to because I had waited to long to ask for the correction. I am out $75 because of a shipping error. I will never buy here again.

The website showed a green handle as an option, I didn't receive it so I was told by your customer service representative that it was being shown as green but as nickel. I've seen your product on other websites and it too showed the color green. Your representative was not nice st all to be, had an attitude and made me feel that I was very wrong. I will never order from your company again. Sorry!

Answer: You are going to get buried in freight charges, if you ordered online. They are not helpful on returns, as they don't believe their customers are one time buyers. Good luck
